ชีวิตม.ปลายของ “องศา” (มิ้ลค์ พรรษา) จะไม่เหมือนเดิมอีกต่อไป เมื่อเธอเผลอไปบอกฝันดีกับเพื่อนร่วมห้องน่ารักสดใสสมชื่ออย่าง “ซัน” (เลิฟ ภัทรานิษฐ์) บน Instagram โดยใช้ชื่อว่า “เอิร์ธ” ทำให้ซันเข้าใจว่าคนนี้คือผู้ชาย แต่ด้วยความที่องศาไม่อยากเสียโอกาสที่จะคุยกับซันไป เธอจึงเลือกที่จะเก็บเรื่องนี้เป็นความลับและคุยกับซันในฐานะเอิร์ธต่อไป เรื่องราวแอบรักเพื่อนจึงเริ่มต้นขึ้น แล้วความรักของพวกเขาจะเป็นอย่างไร ติดตามได้ใน “23.5 องศาที่โลกเอียง”
