  • iverson's attack to the basket is fearless ! daym,,, pistons teamates hated him here, its good he shown them who is the franchise player when the going gets tough on this game, the rest of the team is fearful, hesitant and has no killer instinct and had given up, Iverson has none of that even in the dying seconds, he will attack !

  • This game showed so much, 1st Stuckey made bad decisions & A.I wasn't comfortable with him on the floor until the game was on the line. Which means give A.I the ball and create a passing lane or pick and roll off Sheed and Dyes all day. Or even teams like the Celtics or 76ers. The 2nd scoring option on all of those teams except 1 is an elite scorer. There is literally nothing casual about it. Players like Smush Parker, Kwame, and Eric Snow were known for being scrubs but they were starters for prominent teams. No NBA player today on a top 8 team has that reputation.

  • It hurts a bit watching some of this "old" game. Sheed barely got the ball on the other end, AI and Stuckey were just doing their own thing with McDyess getting a layup. I know they were older players but still, Joe Smith getting more touches and J's than Sheed is a choice. Those bigs who could shoot would be thriving so much in this era. The lack of player movement is weird too, lack of ball movement I kinda get because of the point guards for both teams. Just wild this was barely 14 years ago, cool time warp though.

  • This was the first year I watched basketball! I used to love KD. He was my favorite player. I used to think OKC was gonna be the dynasty the Warriors ended up being. I also loved Jeff Green. Shaun Livingston was also on that team. OKC was such an exciting team

  • I don’t realize how much the game has changed since then. Offenses were slower but that’s because they were setting up and running plays to find easy shots. Now everyone just wants to shoot 3s. I don’t think the game grew or evolved, it got worse imo. Seeing 60 3pt attempts in a game is not fun to watch.

Had this happened you would've seen Iverson team up with peak D Wade and rookie Michael Beasley and veteran Jermaine O'Neal. In late 2000s, I was around 10 living overseas but I had the motivation to wake up in the middle of the night to watch Kobe, Garnett, AI, T-Mac and Shaq.   • Very slow pace. I remember this era. Poor execution from Jeff Green at the last play. Iverson missed some easy shots too. This is when people were thinkin he was done, which was kind of true. Still a legend but a shell of his former self at that time.
