Tips for using a edger: Don't.
Ya just learn how to cut in w a proper brush.
🥴 you just don’t know how to use it lmao
looks stupid especially if shes just going go get that close with the roller too
@@nene1964it’s not that, they’re just pointless and cause more work to be done
It's faster to just run a piece of tape on the side 😂😂😂
I’ve used this a few times. Worked great for maintaining a straight line where walls meet the ceiling.
She explained how to use the edger very well as compared to others, like when she said after you use it on the wall to go over with a roller to avoid the overlap, Thank You
thank you
Thanks so much for your good advice 👏👏
Would really help if you used different colours on both walls, this just tells me you're using the same colour because it doesn't really work too well... 😮
You’re suppose to use a brush to put paint on the edger. Not dip it
You are awesome!
Is that a beaver tail brush?
Just got a new subscriber 😅😊
welcome!
Edger makes extra work.
It’s so much faster, easier, and more accurate to cut in with a quality brush
Faster with a piece of tape, it takes 1-2 seconds to tape that edge
@@ASimpleHeroinUseryeah.... it takes a little longer than 2 seconds to do a good job.. but people always forget you gotta paint it twice too..no paint covers with one coat... so taping it pays off in the long run...
Don't dip the edger in a rolling pan. Load it with paint using a brush. This will greatly reduce the chance of getting any paint on the wheels.

Search for Shur Line
It literally takes 2 minutes to mask off a door frame and as a result you get laser straight lines. These things are dumb
Or just use a brush and cut in without tape.
They’re only “dumb” if you don’t know how to use them. If you use them correctly, they are the bomb. From someone who knows how to do it both ways. 😊
@@susanmei9980 They are faster in a corner. I just hate when paint gets on the wheel. However, I haven’t used one in quite some times. I just have flashbacks of setting it in the edge of a paint can only to knock it completely into the paint can. You just got to very careful, use something shallow, like the top part of the roller tray to absorb some paint.
The edger is a fantastic way to edge your walls or trim if you totally want a shit look! if your looking for a crappy crackhead edge, nothing beats the edger!
thanks bro u made my day😂
tip. don't waste your money on it. learn to use a brush.
Good video, BUUUT, never use an edger. They are a huge waste of time
I dunno man. I have shaky hands, painting gets me amped. I used to cut in with a brush and I still will in some situations but after trying this thing.... I mean.... I absolutely loved edging before I knew I looooooved edging😅
This helps! Thanks!
I love the tip of using a lint roller! I never thought of that! Those fuzzies that pull off paint rollers and other tools are the bane of painting anything!

Where to buy this square brush?
any home improvement store should have them, and the refills you need. Search for Sure-Line Edger

Got one of these. It's useless
That white and white edge looked perfect.
It was actually a light blue wall
I couldnt imagine using an edger😂. Maybe it works😂
I've painted thousands of houses and never touched an eger
My edger tip is never use an edger...

The better way is to paint in a U shape every time you touch the wall. I'm only painting that way for 10 years now and it always done real good job. Try it! Easy and fast!
Just don’t
Why are you talking so fast
we only get 1 minute for KZhead shorts
Just learn how to cut😂 you can’t use it in every situation, it’s messy and annoying to use.
Those things suck
..............women 😅
It's painful to watch as a painter how so untrue all this is lol.
