CONGRATULATIONS! I knew it wouldn't take 30 days. Your (sold) home is beautiful. I followed the construction of that one and now I'm very excited to watch a new one being built! I've built 4 homes to live in and there is always a rush to see it come from paper to reality. Each house will teach you what you want to change and/or do better or not at all the next time. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT IS AHEAD!

Congrats on the sale! My wife and I sold our home just over a year ago and decided to rent for a while as well before we will purchase another home. A lot of unknowns in the world right now but it’ll be alright 😊

Great video like always! I think that the new house should have secret rooms like this one did and maybe even a underground car garage what would be really cool would be a living room that has a lot of room from the floor to the roof to make the house appear bigger, and definitely a bunch of large windows to let light in but just ideas!

Congratulations on your sale! I myself am moving. We sold our home to the Army Corps of Engineers. We will hopefully be moving sometime around the first couple weeks of January 2024. I just dread the cold winter move here in Kentucky.

Its so cool that they are doing this, plus building another house is going to bring in another boat load of content for this channel.
I remember this home when we done the Parade of Homes. My daughter and I loved going through the homes to get idea's on decorating. There was another home that we used a few decorating ideas in our house that was out by Stuky Farms. I was looking at some of my pictures that I took from a few years of Parade of Homes homes. I took a few of your decorating tips from your bedroom and one of the bathrooms. At least if I remember it right. The one by Stucky Farms in Washington my daughter loved the barn doors. They used those kind of barn doors and colors in their house at Dixie Springs. My daughter sold their home a couple of years ago that was out by Sand Hallow called Dixie Springs. They didn't have to get a realtor and it was sold as a cash deal and word of mouth. They sold it for a little over $750,000 and they bought it for $249,000. They paid off around $100,000 . So, everything after the amount they owed on the mortgage was profit. They mentioned that they were thinking about selling at their church in Washington. Someone from their church overheard the conversation and they went out to look at their house and bought it for cash. I thought it was a scam since I've never heard of anyone just hearing about a house for sell and buying it for $500,000 in a cash offer. My daughter and her husband was saying that people are spending a lot more on houses and it might be a good time to sell even though they weren't needing to sell it. My daughter told me that they bought it as an investment property. My daughter and her husband had a casita that they used as an Airbnb. Your home is very beautiful. I'm not going to mention addresses or anything on here though.

Im leaving from my parent home to collage. Already 7 years. My parent did not sell their 8 bedrooms home just because their kids is leaving. My parent always welcomed me to come home so i come home every weekend if possible with 7-9 hours drive.

I really loved this video. I’m so happy. You are so honest with everything you don’t sugar coat anything. Even though you have money you come across very humble and honest. Thank you for sharing this. Please don’t buy a new house cash. Finance with a bank. Keep as much cash as you can to invest in more stock or other real state. You made good money on this house. You are smart how about you do a finance video on money. Buying and stuff I really like that with hard times now we can learn from you on how to use and spend and invest money.
