  • Nice video about Pg chap fan/mix rice, pity workers should wear gloves or use utensils. Foreign help are usually not innoculated for TB and typhoid. Gloves and masks are mandatory for food prep in Pg.

  • This food is deadly. It's not the ingredients but the way that they are cooked. Deep-fried in cheap seed oils like Canola, Sunflower, or Soy oil. These oils are known to cause cancer and other diseases. They have too much Omega 6, which is very unhealthy, and not enough Omega 3 which is good for health.. It's not their fault. They probably haven't got a clue about seed oil. It's the same for almost all Asian wok cooking. Ghee (clarifies butter) would be a health substitute but orientals don't use it.
