I can just say......YOU ARE A GOD OF AQUARIUMS.........amazing skills.......I dont find proper words to describe your expertise. Hats off Sir...I am from India
I love that long one!! Perfect for a red ear slider natural habitat !!I half high area for bathing and little cave to hide and stay cool in and the other end low filled like an aquarium .. my turtle dream tank lol
That's so clean! Wish i had watch this before making my own aquarium yesterday haha..
👏👏👏👏 you made it look so easy, professional done.
yine çok emek güzel iş herzaman hayranlıkla izliyorum maşallah emeğinize sağlık 👍
The main difficulty is how to apply silicone glue to make it neat and strong, it takes a trained hand
No it doesn’t, it’s super easy Anyone could do it
@@enverse244have you done it probably not cuz you live with your mom
@@MincedOnionthat gun needs a strong man tbh
@@MincedOnionI have and it’s super easy dude. Go in a straight line and constant speed! There ya go. Notice how he uses his finger to keep the gun level and at the distance he wants. Open your eyes and you’ll learn.
Never seen such a nice bead before
What did you use for the rim around the top?
that was so satisfying to watch great job!!!
Maşallah üstadım belki 10 sefer izledim sayfama düştükçe hala sıkılmadan izledim, bu kadar hassas işçilik.Müsterin bol olsun, hayırlı işler kolay gelsin.
Great workmanship. Where do you get your glass for aquarium?
Hey @null, what silicon sealant brand did you use for this? I'm planning to build a tempered tank, what sealant can you recommend?
ASI Aquarium Silicon is simply the best. I've looked at data sheets from GE, Permatex, Momentive, Dow, and others and although the ASI is probably actually manufactured by Momentive or Dow, it's specially formulated for high shear strength for the pressures of 750 gallon (>2800 liter) aquariums (depending on the dimensions). It's also cheaper than Momentive 103 or GE SCS1200, and about the same price as GE 1 or GE Supreme. The one downside is that you only have about 5-7 minutes from the time you lay a bead until it begins to set. For small aquariums < 20 gallon (75 liters), GE 1 will work and doesn't start to skin for about 30 minutes.
This is awesome. Professional. With practice. Good job.. im sure you had many failures. To you it's easy. Takes time .
master class right here
Now that is beautiful work my friend keep it up many can learn from you especially the guy that takes 30 minutes of nothing but talking really!
Hi @Null, Is that clear glass or extra clear glass? Please respond. Need guidance to build one for myself
Next level caulking skills.
Which silicone or glue to use for strong bond? Especially for large aquarium? Please let me know thanks all
outstanding. GOOD JOB.
So clean.
Super clean 👏
Sir, during you put the inner glue, did you using different nozzle to apply the glue? Because the glue shape and size are so precise and tidy. Wow, you are so professional.
Its mainly experience, but you can do it by cutting an old credit card
If you cut the tip at an angle with a diameter of 3/16, when you press it in the corner, and move in one quick pass, you can usually get a straight 1/4 bead seam that needs no smoothing Can’t wait to build my 7’long x 3’ wide x 2’ tall tank soon, but I will be injecting the silicone instead of bead laying
@@Subi_doo Did you build it? how did you inject the silicone?
@@neeshooff704 I build a 60x 36x 24 and I clamped the entire tank and used 1/16 tile spacers and made sure everything was tight. I injected the silicone between the panels up to the spacers. I let it all dry. Pulled the spacers and filled the spacer hole in. After everything dried for a week-week and a half. I came back, taped 1/4 on each side top side and bottom, and ran my inner seal. It is not imperative that this be done at the same time as the structural silicone is setting. I always do this last and never had an issue.
@@Subi_doo Great! Even I'm thinking of getting into tank building because doing this will reduce the cost of an aquarium by half. Just getting some insights so that I can build good tanks. May take 2-3 tanks to get it right. Also is the spacer thing necessary? What people usually do here is that place the front and back glass on top of the bottom and then the side glass in between them, on the bottom glass itself. Just apply beads and glue them together. Is that fine?
Great work 👏🏾 which material did 6ou use for the backdrop? And can i use lightly tinted glass?
Tinted glass is usually a plastic film- and yep that works. It appears he used a black vinyl
Very Nice ! Neat and clean [ thumbs up ]
Which Silicon do you use ? please mention the brand Name or share a link .
You are the best.
Bravo from Romania
This was soooooo sasaatisfying 😊
İnşaallah bir gün beraber akvaryum yaparız bende fena değilimdir
Quality Job.

00:59 So the adhesive you're using is strong enough to hold up the 2 pieces of glass without tape or a form?
HE HAS USED TAPE 1:36
Outstanding work. Beautiful.
Wow prectice 🔥
i had customize tank 3 feet length x 2 feet height and 22 cm wide in 8 mm glass and it leaked twice is there any calculation on design of tank to hold water capacity what went wrong and can u suggest tank height and length if width is 22 cm
Is it possible to make a Vertical Aquarium using your method? As you know, the pressure of water on the walls seems a bit different in standing aquariums I wonder if is it safe and secure?
I need to make a lid for my 60cm x 60cm x 60cm terrarium, the lid needs to be glass do you have any idea how i could place it and still have wood covering the edges?
Joints are clean... I👍
Good👍👍👍
Which glue is used??
Très beau travail.
Who do you purchase your glass through?
nice work man ..... which silicon sealant used
Sir, Wonderful presentation and hats off to your expertise.. it's really God gifted.. Please also tell me what should be the thickness and quality of the glass I should consider?
10 mm. Extra clear cam
First I want to say thank you for all the videos you make. These helped me a lot. I would like to know, please, what is the professional name of the black rubber surface that you glued to the back of the aquarium? Thanks.
that's black 100% silicone or marine silicone
Can you link where you got the glass from?
Man thats good i love it i wanna learn this so bad
Sangat proporsional 😮
Salute!!
Do you cut the side panels a few millimeters shorter to accommodate for the thickness of the silicone bead you squeeze in order for the corners to come together perfectly?
I'd recommend keeping 1mm a side for the silicone
yes
ustam, kenar camlar taban camın üstüne mi oturtulmalı yoksa yanından mı monte edilmeli?
hello, I would like to know your assembly windows, do you stick them one next to the other or one on the bottom window? what millimeters of glass you take thank you very much
Hola, lo estoy pegando enfrente del vidrio inferior, vidrio de 10 mm.
O nasil bir silikon çekme aga👍
Great video, when measuring up what gap do you allow for silicone, cheers
the thickness of the glass x2
@@darodrigu1206? So if I'm using 10mm glass I leave 20mm for silicone?
@@darrenwicker4881 Sorry Darren I misread the question, I actually use the same as the thickness of the glass, to stick the glass to each other, then I eyeball the thickness of the joining bit leaving it as thick as possible to avoid leaks.
its just been suggested to me that you should shim the panels to allow for flexibility ? have you heard of this. shim for the initial silicone, then remove shims as setup begins and add silicone to shim slots to allow flexibility?
This is the best silicone work I have seen! Is it OK to seal the tank after the joins have dried, or do you need to apply the seal straight away?
same question
You want to apply right away so that all silicone flows together to create a good seal.
@@kornbred1653 Thanks. What about when you are re-sealing a tank? How is that different?
@@SureshBopitiya I,m planing to make my own huge tank and plan to weld a metal frame to fit it perfectly in my home. thinking abote 3D printed Inserts to creat a stronger seal in the corners.
@@SureshBopitiya it is better to apply all at once so it joins together but resealing is no problem if you properly remove the old silicone, it is really important to remove the old silicone and you should also remove that silicone residu that can stay behind when you remove the old silicone
Elinize sağlık, bir sorum olacaktı. Kullandığınız bütün camların kenarları rodajlı mı ?
Teşekkürler, evet rodajli
Fantastico vedere come lavori e i tuoi acquari sono fantastici, ma vendi acquari? Spedisci?

Hello, would hope to get an answer to my idea to put an aquarium on this long slim divider wall I have, Is it a good idea or would work at all? Wall is 118 inches long, 8.5 inches wide only and could make it some 15 inches or taller. Wall ends 42 inches from floor up. Would one long continues glass panel hold up or wpuld i need a frame? Left and right of tank would be wall support beams that the tank could be squeezed between. Would that work at all and is glass or acrylic better for this? Thanks.
👏👏👏
Thanks!
would like to see how you polish the edges after cutting the glass

Does it need a cover btw?
Is that tempered glass?
Çok güzel olur

Döktürmüşsün İlhami abi, iyi de para kaldırmışsındır bu video izlenmesinden
Thanks! Could this be done with plexiglass or acrylic??
Not a professional, but if it’s thick enough or you think in hold what ever amount of water you are thinking. But I think people mostly use acrylic or plastic on smaller aquariums
muje length 2.5 hight 1.5 width 1 ft ka aquarium banana hoga to glass ki thicknes kitne mm ki honi chahiye? plz reply me
I have a aquarium which is 5feet in length and 2.5 feet in heights...bottom bracing is there prblm is the front glass if bowing a bit what to do to fix that...do rply plz
👍👍👍
Is the rim necessary for the integrity of the tank, or could it be built without one? I prefer the rimless look
It reduces the chance of water leakage.
great! what kind of glue did you use?
Silicone gel
Can you add tools links to the description? At least the names of the tools?
Where do you get the glass?
I have a question, why not use transparent silicon instead of the black one?
Why in H-E dbl toothpick did you use black silicone?🤷🏽♂️
good😊
Where is a good place to get the glass ?
Siyah silikon balıklar için zararlı olmaz mı..siyah akcaryum silikonu bulunuyo mu yoksa..
Kullanılan şeffaf silikon ile aynı, ikiside sista akvaryum silikonu
what type of silicon you use
Are you from Bangalore
đường keo lớn quá ! có thể ra video dán giấu keo không ạ
nice
hi, pls share silicon tube name...I like black one...but never purchased it...pls share
Hi , Sista aquarium silicon
The fact that you put the sides next to the base instead of on the base, what is your reason for that
viendo lo que aun no me puedo comprar pero algun dia lo tendre
Black silacone is a good choice
What kind of silicone is that ?
What should be glass thickness for 3ft x 15in x 15in aquarium. Can you pls let me know?
The best would be 8mm but it's better to have some supports at the top for stability. If you are willing to spend more for additional safety and avoiding the supports, you can go for 10mm but 8mm will also do fine with supports
How long before the tank is fully cured and can be used?
10 gün
what type of glue is perfect pls send name
why do u put the black plastic behind
what do you call the black glue thing you put on?
silikon tabancası ne marka
Where you get the glass?
What glue is that?
Can you join two fish tanks together like this?
