@@secondacc1740 actually, yes. What I did was move back the “tongue” under the punch needle part. You can see it if you turn the tufting machine upside down. You can access it by removing the top block. Once I moved it back, I used a jewelry bead filer to make the hole a tad bigger so my 2 threads would fit. It hasn’t happened since. Hope this helps!
