The rs3 says ecotune, but on the side it says tvs engineering from the netherlands, My guess is they tuned it and ecotune is just an agent for tvs?
You need to add a 1/2 mile race to the event.
Nothing going to keep up with a Turbo S and a tuned one hell no. Any car would need 1300+hp to beat it or be close to 1000hp Turbo S

That RS3 is insane think that’s the closest battle we’ve seen against the es motor 911. Big up ecotune seen some big power cars there.

That 911 is a wamkers car though isn't it. Not many real car guys would want that over literally just about anything else. Theres 30 choices before even thinking speed cheats. @@nickveginis2210 the Porsche was running r888r semi slicks on the rear.. the RS3 was running Michelin pilot sport 4s. Which are street tyres, not slicks. If he was on slicks he’d have run a lower 9/sub 9 1/4

The fact that the RS3 kept up so close with an evenly powered 911 with huge semislicks in the rear pushed down by the weight of the engine, is F-ing INSANE!

@elpatron1010 DSG isn't the world's best transmission although its good. PDK in the porsche is actually better

Looked like the rs3 had rolling launch on the last race which gave him the edge.
The Turbo S had already got the jump on him over the line and he managed to pull it back. They were so close we're splitting hairs anyway.

Shout out to the guys at ecotune, I live not far from them and had my B8 S4 in there couple of months ago for the TVS S2+ tcu tune. Guys know their stuff and genuinely care about the work they do and their customers' cars. Will definitely be back next spring to get them to fit a cat back milltek ;) As for that porsche, the reaction times and the launch of that thing was totally rock solid, but the mid range punch of the RS3 ftw! Made for cracking viewing, not much between these cars except for the 0-60, the porker just walked that. Despite hitting 0-60 in well under 2.5 secs and coming well down the bottom half of a leaderboard I'd still be more than chuffed with the RS3!
And another one ladies and gents! I was rooting for the turbo S but fuck i was at the edge of my seat for all the races

The 911 is in R888 on the rear and the RS3 was in street ryres. If it had same tyres the RS3 would have done better and lower 1/4

Amazing video, I’m a massive Porsche fan and have had 6 different Porsche turbos’. The RS3 was sick! I think the Porsche just needs a little weight to come off, it was a lot heavier than the RS3.

Respect for both cars here. It's insane what these new cars / technology can do. I have a 2018 RS3 and sometimes they are a bit delayed when launching compared to the 911. No excuses just mind blowing performance
Very surprising even as a RS3 fanboy I am blown away with how fast this example is I’ve seen this car before but putting it VS an ES Porsche really does showcase what a monster it is as these tuned Turbo’s are blisteringly fast, massive big up to both Ecotune and ES 🙌🏻
Amazing what these tunes cars can now achieve. Both these cars are quicker than a Chevon over a quarter mile by a tenth. The only production car quicker is a Tesla plaid at 9.2 !! Kind of puts it into perspective. Great content again Jamie
