Hi guys, In this video, I have shared a recipe for easy and quick side dish for Idly & dosa. This Chutney is a spicy and tasty which is made with brinjal and tomato. Chutney is originating in India. It's used to provide balance to an array of dishes, or highlight a specific flavor profile.
