  • Great session bro just put more intensity like in the shots and stuff to get the closest to real game intensity

  • Football talent is made by playing small sided games like street football and futsal. Not by doing cone drills unless your a beginner building the basics. You want to do hyper-arch fascia training instead and try to play barefoot. Messi and Ronaldo didn’t build there talent by doing cone drills

    • It builds technique, and doing this for the occasional training is fine. What he is doing is cool in this video is showing that he is a hard working player. Some things like unrestricted positioning and dribbling is also important imo. I totally agree with you but I also think that what he is doing here is very awesome.

    • @@bigmanlucas Yep, people tend to forget that: 1. They aren't messi or ronaldo. 2. They both were in academies since they were young, where they had top tier coaches running drills with them.

    • @@bigmanlucasif you are not like a total beginner at football then doing cone drills is the worst thing you could do. It destroys instict, creativity, reaction time, has preset movements which is something you never have in a game and also the movements overall are absolutely unrealistic.

    • @@sos1668 I understand that but you can do come drills occasionally as a way to get more touches on the ball on different parts of your foot which you will need in games

    • @@sos1668cone drills isn’t a bad thing to do works on your technique just gotta have a healthy balance of cone work and actually doing the move realistically like you would in game
