There is no way you could tell that those first deer in the beginning were the same deer.
Yeah extremely unlikely they are
Random 8 point and doesn't get a pic for over a year and somehow it's the same deer lol
Great way to squeeze a story out of almost zero footage
thanks
Leg damage deer always have some crazy stuff going on with their antlers..great story man
Hey thanks for the support! Have a great season!
Few hunters ever realize this or learn this. It is an incredible phenomenon
Well that makes no sense….
"Looks really young...I don't think that's going to be a shooter". LMFAO nice c block🤣🤣🤣
He did indeed look younger in the summer
That big boy is crazy. Congratulations Brother. 🎉 I'm sure you've had plenty of people say. Imagine if his right matched the left? Comparatively of course. That would be something.
I had a dream a couple years ago about deer hunting and they were all crazy non typicals since it was a dream and stuff doesn’t look real and this is basically exactly how they looked. Amazing
HAHA this buck is out a dream for sure, crazy non typicals are almost once in a lifetime. Thanks for watching and thanks for the support!
When you're a Kyle Chaney fan and you run across this. What a monster! Atta boy kyle.
This Guy is exactly the definition of a selfish Hunter that lets his “friends” help him on his property but takes all the benefits.
His friend couldn't come out to hunt
Stop being an arrogant dumbass and follow the story
Feel free to buy a big tract of land, pay 10k a year in property tax and let all your friends hunt.
Great video and story here ! Listening to you talk about "can't move and only moving your eyes" reminds me of a friend Ive hunted with for years. He refuses to look a deer in the eyes and warns others not to as well. He swears that a deer knows or can sense when yo "stare at them" directly in the eyes. I've laughed at him, in spite of his high success rate, but I'll admit, I now lower my head to get my hat brim below the eyes when fairly close, just in case he's right lol! Thanks for sharing this !
Appreciate the support a ton brother! Means the world, sometimes it’s something different for everyone! Good luck this season!
Man i love the story but I’d be so pissed if i was that friend hahaha good bucj
That's a crazy cool deer man congrats
Awesome. Loved the story
Thank you for the support!! Good luck this season!
This guy comes off super arrogant. “I musta shot 50 arrows, all perfect” ok uncle Rico 😂
I wouldn't have believed it either, but I literally watched him do it... Kyle is something else
@@creekkings definitely a great shot! Just the way he comes off atleast to me
Well he isnt a Creek Kings just a friend, check out our other videos i thin you'll like them better! Thanks for the support!!!
@@creekkings will do! Subbed
Great looking buck!
Thanks for the support! Good luck this season!
If you are a hunter and this isn't the most infuriating you've ever seen something is wrong! Everything about this story and tool bag is ridiculous. 1.Wouldn't let his "friend" hunt the buck after making him leave the camera there for months. 2. Said the buck was TOO SMALL!! 5 drop tines... 3. Had a severe injury to his back leg!! Finish the buck off. 4. Goes out to hunt the buck cause he didn't have any "hit list" on his other properties, after telling his friend he couldn't, and then decides this buck is massive and he needs to kill it!!! Selfish prick 5. Wastes a perfect killing opportunity and video 6. Doesn't even get the actual hunt/kill on camera
I was thinking this same exact thing as the story started to unfold. Couldn’t have said it better
100% agree.
Glad I’m not the only one getting punk vibes from this guy bahaha. He did say his buddy couldn’t get out to hunt him because of no time off and maybe I’m being too harsh, but man just his attitude...no humbleness at all. Who in their right freaking mind would have thought that deer should be off limits?? His strong side is 100+ inches LOL
100% spot on douche bag.
That buck had at least an 8ft. string of barbed wire on his left rear leg. Should have mercy killed him from the first sighting. What a puke. Kids don't learn from this guy.
I came here to say what a lot of others said. This guy did everything wrong and most of all stole it from his buddy. I know he “couldn’t make it” but maybe if he had known he was allowed to hunt the deer he would’ve moved things around on his schedule. This guy decided to hunt the deer after the season had started. His friend could’ve maybe made it opening day if he had know.
The woods...you never know what you will find.... sanity... awesome deer... great hunt
Very true on all counts!!
@@creekkings stay in the woods boys... looking forward to seeing some more hunts....and good luck guys
You got skunked on day 3 because maybe you left the stand and walked through the woods 30 minutes before dark. Deer probably saw you and smelled scent left behind. Another reason could be you not letting your buddy hunt him..
Yeah Kyle never kills big deer at all he doesn’t know what he’s doing at all, I’ll make sure to let him know he was wrong. Lol i can tell you didn’t watch the video because literally 3 minutes in he said Chris his buddy wasn’t going to be able to make it to Ohio this year and Kyle said he could kill him.
Great work fellas!
Appreciate it brotha!
You basically stole that buck from your friend
Kyle told his buddy that he can shoot him if he wanted to before the season even started. His friend Chris couldn’t make it out this year, there’s more to the story.
Yup pretty much.
He didn't steal that deer,
Ignorant comment. How can anyone steal a deer from someone on his own property that he takes care of and manages. Goofball comment.
I was thinking the same thing. Buddy wants to shoot the biggest deer of his life and he says I think he’s too young only to shoot him a month later. Judging from the monsters behind you on the wall should have been an easy choice if you’re buddy helps you manage the place
Great story. Not sure how you thought this was the same deer from 2018. I saw no resemblance on his left side at all. Just curious why you didn't mention he was crippled up so bad. I know you said he survived a gun shot but that deer needed to be harvested regardless of age and antler size.
I bet it is though. When deer get shot like he mentioned, the protein they use to heal is transported from the protein from his rack, that is what caused the deformity in on his left side. He said another hunter made a bad shot and that deer has an awful limp.
Fully concur. That deer has struck by a vehicle while in velvet, this is what mashed his antlers...immediately after the strike - the deer ran blindly into a barbed wire fence. His left rear leg was injured and untimely quasi-healed straight out behind him. Creek Kings Outdoors stated they "manage their herd." The deer was obviously badly injured. This deer should have been culled from the herd ASAP. I think this fellow needs to go to school for proper herd management.
@@BearlyOutdoors I agree 90% with your assessment. Consider this....on our ranch in Llano, TX (we have since sold it) we see 2-3 deer per year with their hind foot caught between the top two wires of our fences. They may be there for days jerking on that leg trying to get free. It's an awful sight to pull up on one like that. Almost always they have displaced the hip joint. If all the hide is rubbed off down to the bone just above the dew claws, we usually dispatch them on the spot and call the warden. Sometimes we untangle them if we thank they can make it and a few have but most just limp around much like the one in this video does.
@@BearlyOutdoors Kyle is not apart of Creek Kings Outdoors, He's just a friend who wanted his story told, This deer needed harvested and it was. Hope you enjoyed seeing a video about the deer.
@@creekkings so now it all comes out that KYLE was in fact after this deer 100% from the start. Kyle was just telling Chris to get Ed patterned without doing the work. Thanks for this comment 👍. Also your comment about " would you let your friend shoot a 189in on land you don't own". Yes I would especially I made the mistake of not judging the deer right ( THAT I HAD 2 YEARS OF HISTORY WITH SHEDS AND TRAIL CAM PICTURES 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️).
Good video; good harvest.
Thanks for the support! Stay tuned for this next season!
Oklahoma! Awesome video!
OKLAHOMA! Ill have to visit soon and go hunting!
Lol told his buddy he can't shoot it but he can total tool

I was hunting a 3 legged buck in the late season that had mutant antlers, but he was only about a 125-135 class. I got to see him 4 times but just couldn't quite get in range. Got pretty good footage of him considering I used an iPhone LOL
Send to us! I’d love to see it! Creekkings@gmail.com

Ah the joys of hunting 😂 I'm surprised the leg was from a car I thought he had a bad shot made previously on him so I assumed something with that

Ohio bucks are big and some of the best hunting. That’s a great buck and I can’t believe it made it that long in wild or farm it’s so unique. Congrats on very nice buck
Appreciate the support 😎
"This deer is off limits" goes in and arrows him
If you listened to what he said his buddy wasn’t gonna be able to make it out that season to hunt, and they had several phone calls talking about it once they got more pictures. Don’t take a 30 minute video for absolutely everything over the course of 4-5 months of events
@creekkings I understand and makes sense. Appreciate the response. You have been doing a good job responding to people's comments. I like that. So many never reply so you've earned a subscriber.

Great Buck. Congrats. Curious about that left hind leg? Any idea what happened there?
He was hit by a car, and shot at the previous year. Kyle didn't know the extent of his injuries till he saw him in person.
some of the best footage I’ve seen!
Lol of a douche bag talking? Sure is.
Your an awesome friend
That broken leg attributed to the way his antlers grew. 👍 I have seen that before.
For sure he was hit by a car and he didn't know that until after he killed him!
So far i have gathered you told your buddy NO several times. And then you change yuor mind and you kill it. Thats cold..lol

Great story i live in Ohio and i wish i could come up on a Buck like that!
Hunt long and hard enough and its bound to happen eventually haha
100% true ....I do a lot of turkey hunting got a nice turkey and had white feathers on its wings...Got it fully mounted and that is One of a kind...
@@billymace9151 that's basically a dream😳
One of the gnarliest deer on KZhead !
Appreciate the support a ton Blake! Good luck this season!
Great deer, but he only had two actual drop tines. Both main beams curved downward, doesn't make them drop tines. G2 on the right appeared to grow "down" because of the severe downward curve of the main beam, doesn't make it a drop tine either.
Just going off of what Buckmaster's said when they scored it, It was contemplated for several minutes then a decision was made to score it as a main beam.
I really enjoyed this video. I chased the same buck down in South Texas for 3 years only to never see him again and no one every entered him in a contest and there were no trail cam images so who knows what happened to him? I'm happy you got him; he's an awesome buck. When you cleaned him could you tell what happened to his left rear leg? Subscribed!
Looked like a car accident! Thank you for the support! Good luck in texas!
@@creekkings Thanks!
Great video and story 😊👍🏻 it was sad to see how bad his leg was and that’s probably what made his horns so weird but it’s a very cool deer and trophy
Yeah he was hit by a car and shot the year before, They didn't realize how bad it was till they saw him in person.
The old tell your buddy he is off limits and then go in and kill him trick. Works every time

Have you been noticing a change in buck racks? I’m on Pa/Ohio border and I been seeing messed up rack buck everywhere I go. I still see the basket racks but mostly been seeing weird rack bucks.
It’s definitely certain areas that it’s like that, we have a spot where every deer has a split brow, it’s crazy!!
@creekkings: I been seeing a lot with one side of the rack growing down instead of up, thought maybe it was genes in an area but I hunt multiple towns and been seeing em all over. I won’t complain... I like weird rack bucks. You guys make great videos.
Great content can't wait to get my in line
You nevr know:) Giveaway winner announcement video next weekend!
What a story and what a stud of a Buck! Congrats man! Only sad part of this story is that u wanted this deer off limits to your good friend but you took that buck anyways! I'm sure he wanted this deer too! Knowing that u said yeah, he can go after him too but the way u word it says it all! I would have just let my homie take that deer bc he was the one who patterns that buck! Anyhow good job tho!
Might’ve missed it but he talked about that actually! His buddy wasn’t able to come out and Hunt at that time and they had long conversations about whether to kill him or not! Thanks for watching!
I concur.
Yea I thought you should've let your friend shoot that deer. He found it and had a strong desire hunt to him. With a wall of big buck heads you could of let ya friend share in the fun.
Greed sucks to add another one to the wall and to snuff it out from your buddy who found it first just to put out a story

ED for E.D cause he couldn't get his antlers to grow up😂

Thanks for watching Nathaniel
Not anymore after condoning and backing a hunter like this . If I was the guy he done this to I would never hunt with him again . This story has greed and selfish written all over it . What a jerk , hope that 200” was worth a good friendship

That's a great deer but man. Sounds like your buddy does alot of work to help manage your land man. I would have let him take the biggest buck of his lifetime . Seems u get the choice to shoot what you want but he has to hunt the leftovers ya know. Idk the situation but I have more excitement filming someone shoot the biggest deer they ever got than myself. Especially if I have multiple bucks of the same size. Idk like I said the situation might be different for me than you. But either way in the end that's a stud.

Story definitely had some holes in it lol. Nice deer
did i miss him say something about the deers back leg looking broke?
Yes he got hit by a car and shot the year prior!
Buck was severely injured at one point, hind leg was pointing straight behind him. Should of been put out of misery a while ago.im an avid hunter on whitetail and black bears but seeing an animal suffer crushes me.
He wasn't suffering in my opinion. Even severe injuries can heal and the buck continued to survive against the odds.
Good buck
Nice buck
I’m in NE Ohio but hunt central and southern as well… based on the deer on that wall you’re in a good pocket of the state! Older I get the more the bad hits bug me, that back leg looked rough. Closing the deal that fast is impressive, lotta good decision making going on! Just curious how sure are you younger Ed was that 8, what did you see in the buck or the racks to connect the two? What a beast.
Kyle is sure it was him as he saw him grow for a few years, same genetics. He got hit by a car and shot so he grew weird. NE Ohio has some giants!!
@@creekkings poor kyle
99.99% those are not the same deer. I mean who could ever 100% know? But that is a crazy stretch to say they are the same deer after not seeing the deer age for two whole years. That’s crazy. Im saying the 2018 8 point, the sheds, and Ed are all different deer for sure.
How do think buck ed injured his left rear quarter and or leg and when
We later found out he was hit by a car :/ Another reason he decided to harvest the deer

Does a buck getting hit affect antler growth like this one did?
We believe so!
You couldnt seriously believe you made the deer go nocturnal after one ground encounter ? Big bucks are smart but they if you 2 just looked at each other then there is no chance you scared him off.
“Sat on the ground like an idiot” say that to Fred Bear..
Respect to Fred Bear, but what was the largest whitetail he ever killed?
If it had both sides,it would look like the Missouri buck
It kind of does!!
Should of saved it for your friend since he was Eager and asking you if he can kill it

Great story on why you should never tell anyone what you're seeing on camera. The only way this story is NOT shady is if he lets his buddy hunt for free. If money ever exchanged hands, this is the worst of the hunting world.
Yeah his buddy hunts for free, just a good friend. He never made it out that year, he got busy back home! Thanks for the comment!!👑
The way I look at your buck's rack & where you took it to be scored, that's alright I guess, but the way my father taught me with hunting decades before I started hunting, he said this to me I don't give a shit how they measure a rack of a buck, as long as your dam happy with a buck & it's rack that's your joy, who cares how someone thinks & measures it, it's your trophy & that's final!
