All the audio in this review is recorded with the Fifine AM6 microphone. No filters have been used, this is the raw audio direct from plugging it into the USB on my PC. If you can hear some background humming, then that would be my very noisy PC in the background which is a good test to show how the noise reduction button performs.
The microphone volume was set to full and the Windows volume is 85/100
I know some of these tests (plosive test) is very repetitive, but I did want to show how it sounds with and without the pop filter, the noise reduction and from different distances.

that noise reduction is awesome... i was shocked how much of the vacuum it blocked out. useful functional feature. a very excellent bit of kit especially for the price point. great review.

Great video, I was in doubt between it and the AM8, in my lives and recordings I scream a lot and make those reactions, can you tell me if this is better than the AM8 for my interest? I'm sorry because of my bad English hahaha😅
Hello buddy, I hope you're well :) The AM8 is a dynamic microphone so it should reduce quite a bit of sound from the sides and especially the back of the mic. The AM6 is a condenser so it picks up a bit more room sound, but that being said, i found that I needed the AM6 quite close to my mouth so it didn't pick up much room noise anyway. They should both do a good job for you. If you're screaming into the microphone then I presume you're using OBS for your live streams? You will need to put an audio filter on the microphone. Use the compressor filter and you could use a limiter filter too. There's loads of tutorials on KZhead for which settings you can use. It will basically prevent your microphone from peaking when you scream load so the people watching your stream won't have their ears blown off :) I hope this helps.
