As a mum, I feel that Gary can be a really positive counterbalance to people like Andrew Tate. Working class boys can see that the cards are stacked against them and that no one wants to talk about that. Gary gives another narrative. I hope his book goes massive, which will be really positive for society.
Yeah Gary's much better than Tate. Tate's a decent chess player but he's also mental.

Yes, but the Govt don't make the decisions. They do what they are told to do by the banks and corporations who put them there in the first place.

@@monkey39128 LOL. Starmer is just the other side of the same coin. The problem is that UK is dragged to the bottom by the heavy bipartisan machinery and our collective "dumbness" to keep voting "inside" the same machinery

That is a great endorsement. Someone who understands politics and has principles. Rare find these days. He calls out the hogwash wherever he finds it. People like him, and Mhairie Black, are who we need in Parliament. There to do a job for the common good, not personal advantage.
Gary, please please please write versions for secondary school ages. Not for people studying economics, but teens that are socially aware and are the future. I was blind to this until my 50s. Now I do my best to pass that onto my teenagers. But it would be amazing to have it coming direct from you, in a language and format they can understand. Probably a secondary channel to your social media. We MUST get the next generation primed, i think it will take that long to get the seeds planted and the established, broken narrative exposed and overturned. I'm getting one for me now though 😂

Not a secondary channel. Yt is just one platform. Instagram and tiktok have short videos which appeal to youngsters. I'm sure Gary's team know how to utilise them. Distilled learning would be the working phrase.
Until then I suggest JL Collins book simple path to weathit was written for his daughter with those concerns in mind

Welcome back fella - as an ex City worker myself (not a trader) I have found your videos and interviews great to explain to friends how it actually “all works” for the benefit of those already with substantial assets and perpetuate suppression and exploitation of the majority of population
Its great to see you back Gary. Everyday folks need people like you who help them to understand with truthful honesty and integrity what is really happening with governments and how they manipulate the economy to add to the abundance of those who already have a plenty.
A movie would be great. Get the folks who made The Big Short involved, that sort of style really works for an economics movie. Margin Call was good also.

I have just preordered the book, let’s grow the supporters of this channel to much bigger numbers so it is clearly representative of the ordinary people who simply want to live and work in a fairer UK, with the help of much needed economic (and political) reform. Let’s push for reform that needn’t take decades, so that all generations see benefits in their actual lifetime.

Good to see you Gary. You can get out of the estate but it never leaves you. Working people have a conscience, the 1 percent don't. When the big time hits, they will try to trash you with everything they have, but your truth and sincerity shines through. Keep going mate. From another ex council boy who got out.
What do you mean the 1 percent don’t have a conscience? They do, it’s just that they’re willing to do whatever it takes to be successful, and you would do the exact same thing in their position. Everyone is mostly focused on their own success. I don’t see why this suddenly only becomes a bad thing when you reach a certain tax bracket or income level.

Well Gary, I’ve ordered the book and am looking forward to reading it. My wife worked in the City as a stockbroker before and after the Big Bang, while I was in insurance and finance. We witnessed at first hand how the City insidiously erodes your soul. We were able to get out too, but never thought about writing a book! Gary I can seriously say that I am a fan. Things changed for me when I realised inflation in the UK is on the rise and then I delved into economics even though I’m a doctor by background. You’re producing quality content. I was thinking of making videos on it but I see you beat me to it. You’re doing amazing. Thanks so much. People need to realise how economic policies affect them and how the financial system is a monopoly.

I got a copy of the book yesterday. Having spent my lunch engrossed in itI am having to pace myself, I want it to last at least until the weekend... Knowing only from the videos and interviews Gary has given some of what will be in the book, I am aware it will be a powerful piece of work. Now, having read only the early chapters I can honestly say it's one of the best books I've picked up for instant engagement, and certainly one of the most amusing autobiographies I can remember. I'll comment again after finishing it but I can heartily recommend it to anyone. Read this book.

Heh-haay! Welcome back! Been looking out for you! I had a feeling it was to do with writing a book. Will I be able to afford it? Will there be an e-book? Paperback (usually cheaper)? What's the book mainly about - is it an autobiography or about wealth inequality, or both? Not being funny, but Waterstones is quite an expensive bookshop.
