Playing in Greensboro, NC, Notre Dame prevailed in a highly competitive ACC Championship game that saw seven ties and nine lead changes, with the #14 Fighting Irish defeating the #10 Wolfpack, 55-51. It is the sixth ACC Tournament Championship for Notre Dame and their first since 2019. Hannah Hidalgo and Maddy Westbeld scored all but one of Notre Dame's second half points. Hidalgo finished the game with a game-high 22 points to go with six rebounds, six assists, and two steals. Westbeld had 16 points with three made three-pointers, seven rebounds, and two assists. Sonia Citron added 11 points, eight rebounds, and four steals. For NC State, River Baldwin had 14 points and seven rebounds. Aziaha James scored 12 points, grabbed six rebounds, dished out five assists, and had one steal.

This year Notre Dame "WON" the ACC Tournament, last year Virgina Tech won the ACC Tournament. They just switch places!

Another crazy thing to think about Kitley got hurt in the final game for VT this year and missed the acc tourney, and Olivia Miles got hurt in the final game last year and missed the acc tournament. Kinda freaky
