How do you suggest managing a project that has already begun and you're brought in to manage that project? Is it necessary to have a project Charter? Go through Charter pre-read, approvals? I don't want to bog down progress and feel that is what others believe is happening when I essentially halt movement or actual tasks from being completed for a week or so to get this established. I don't want to lose trust or commitment from the team. Also, TY for the video!
Hi Tosha. It’s extremely important that you have a charter so if there is t one you need to take the time to create one. If you already have one then ensure you go through it. What are some of the free project budget tracker templates for new project managers?

i have done everything in the description and watched the video for 30 min, and clicked the link, but am not able to find the downloadable documents anywhere
