@@JayzsMr I'm a fan of both of their techniques, but Rockhold's is almost too fast. I throw a decent amount of question mark kicks (only in sparring and on the bag, never had an actual bout yet), and I feel as though Rockhold's whip up too quickly which doesn't sell the initial low kick fake. Rockhold's are certainly faster and stronger but Izzy's are more effective in my opinion.

@@JayzsMr I'm a fan of both of their techniques, but Rockhold's is almost too fast. I throw a decent amount of question mark kicks (only in sparring and on the bag, never had an actual bout yet), and I feel as though Rockhold's whip up too quickly which doesn't sell the initial low kick fake. Rockhold's are certainly faster and stronger but Izzy's are more effective in my opinion.
