One goal against City should be there - Trent to Robertson to Salah, one of the best goals of Klopp's era... Salah is a different breed ❤️ but also Bobby is so important player ❤️
I remember that goal, but I do not think it quite qualifies as counterattacking. In the replay, you can see Silva jumping forward to press when he sees the ball on Trent's left foot. Trent pings to Robertson with his left and leaves the entire City midfield for dead. Robertson does his thing, then Salah finishes.

He was pivotal for a couple seasons as the guy that set the press. He got into incredible shape from the lightweight left winger when he joined to the beast mode midfielder when the injuries started. Was so silky to watch at times when he was on it and fit.

You have to understand that Salah's competition is within himself. That's the worst kind of competitor you want to face. For him - you're not even in his sight. He's trying to outrun, outscore the Salah that you see on the pitch and he knows "that guy" better than anyone. He knows his weaknesses and strength, he's analyzing him 24/7 non-stop. Whenever he gets a chance "against" Salah, he ceases it with 100% precision. Only elite athletes are capable of that.
