Thanks for sharing the designs. I have had the best luck by taping over my tape with painters tape to get a good seal and then using an air fryer at 370 for 7 minutes. I have a tumbler press that came with my swing arm press but ive never been able to get the pressure right. You inspire me to try it again.

Love your videos. Pleasant voice and pace. Thank you! I don’t have your expertise but I use an air fryer at 360° F for 8 minutes. No shrink wrap or bands just heat resistant tape. I think my results are good and consistent. When someone wants to learn I share your name and point them to your videos

Great tutorial! Thank you for straight forward, easy to follow, and descriptive tutorial! I love the shelf you have over your printer in the last part of your video, can you share where you got it? Thank you!
We designed and made them on our 3D printer. We plan to share the print files on our blog at some point for anyone else who wants them. There are two styles -- the one on the left uses PVC pipes, so it’s height adjustable to your needs. The one on the right is all 3D printed except for the table, which is a piece of wood screwed to the legs. Both meet the requirements in Cricut’s Safety Instructions for “a flat and stable surface” as the Cricuts are just sitting on stable tables.

Hi Jennifer first I watch you videos all the time and you’re amazing love them. I tried my first skinny tumbler and for my first time not to bad. But I have messed up the seam, it didn’t press where I had the tape just wanting advice on how to fix that. Thanks 😊
Make sure that the design overlaps a bit and tape all the edges down and burnish them. Have it as tight as you can.
Love the video - I have a convection oven but no felt pad. Could I remove the rack and put a piece of parchment paper under instead?
Parchment paper is coated and it holds in that moisture. It is not recommended for sublimation crafting.
Nice video. I learned a lot. I pressed down the seam as you did, but I still got a little white line. Maybe not enough? For my first one it came out good other than that. It still holds drinks!!! LOL..

I use the one from Cricut. You can check their website or at your local crafts stores.
This is a very helpful video, but I think I missed what temperature you used for the convection oven. Also, how would you do a tumbler if the oven is not tall enough for the tumbler to stand upright?

Can you use rubberbands instead of those bands or the shrink wrap? And can I use a hair dryer instead of a heat gun with shrinkwrap?
Yes you can. Make sure the rubber bands are tight.
Hi, I know its been awhile since you posted this video, but as I was having my coffee just now, I saw a small design on the inside top of my mug (that was a repeat of the cat design on the outside) and thought to myself, hey, can we sublimate inside of a mug??? and so off to the internet I went to you your channel to see.. I searched other videos and no one really got it to work aside from a few saying sand worked (but others who tried it didn't get it to work, which would probably be my outcome if i tried)... so I am curious if you have ever tried it. Many people use them and there are quite a few options out there, I don't use one myself though 💗
Love this video but when I try to make them I get the message Image too Big. I am using the same measurements as you are in this video. I can make them wide enough but only allows me to make them 6.5" tall. What program are you using to be able to print. Thank You

I have a question about a Tervis tumbler. I have a client who would like a design put on a Tervis. Can you sublimate on these tumblers??
You must use blank tumblers designed for sublimation dye.
What size paper do you use? When use my Cricut ti designa tumbler it leaves the black corners and won let my use the whole sheet of paper

Hi i have a question i nrought the sublamation printer sg500 . Can i switch it off suring the night and put it on 1st think in the morning for safely . Pr do i have to keep it plugged in and on every min of the day and night .
There really isn't a need to turn it off and on. It's recommended to keep it on.🥰

I'm using my Cricut Design Space to create the design, but when I try to print it, it says that the design is too large. I'm sizing it 9 1/2 by 8.1. What can I do?
The maximum size for print then cut is 9.25" x 6.75". You'd just want to adjust the size.

I noticed your tumbler press closed all the way around the 20 oz tumbler. I have the PYD press and mine has about an inch gap at the top when I close it. Suggestions?
You will rotate a tumbler 180 degrees and then press again for the full length of time. Angie Holden has a good review on the PYD press that can be helpful. www.thecountrychiccottage.net/2-in-1-tumbler-press/
Why is the tumbler heat press machine you have listed in your list different from the one your using in your video? Where can I find the same one your using? The one listed in your section don’t even have the adjustable knobs in the front like yours.
They are both the PYDlife tumbler press. The Amazon link is to the newer version🥰
You have a riser above your printer. Where did you get that?
The stands are made with a 3D printer that the Cricut machines are on. We plan to share them at some point.

You say the convection oven is good only for sublimation. So I can't bake my Fimo items in it either? Can I bake paper for browning and/or drying stained or dyed papers for JunkJournals? How about drying paper mache in silicone mold? I had hoped to have one smaller oven for everything craft related. My craft/sewing room already has LOADS of items as I have lots of varied interests. Even my sewing & stitching is varied with loads of different interests.
Once you use it for sublimation do not use it to cook food in it. You can do all that other stuff, just not food after it was used for sublimation.
I have the same setup as you and for the life of me I CANNT get my color right. My color is so dull blacks are green etc...help! What program are you creating with as well. Im using Canva, but can't print from there and I can't get the size to print right

You can but you need to rotate and flip your tumbler to ensure your whole design processes.🥰
