A new world record price for a pedigree Limousin bull

A new world record price of 180,000gns for a pedigree Limousin bull has been paid at a breed sale Carlisle.
Graiggoch Rambo, is the first bull to be offered for sale from Welsh breeder, Gerwyn Jones, and boasts the best of genetics, being a son of top breeding AI bull, Ampertaine Elgin and out of the Wilodge Vantastic daughter, Sarkley Glorianne. Champion at the pre-sale show, Rambo sold in a two-way split to Charlie Boden of the Sportsmans herd, Stockport, Cheshire and Allan Jenkinson of the Whinfellpark herd from Clifton Moor, Penrith.
