Give him some treats. That’s way calms my gray tabby cat down when he’s mad. My cat is similar to a gray version of Copper. Also my cat sounds like yours.

I think if you conditioned a cat with a negative scenario for a prolonged period of time, it will be stuck with such a condition. I have seen (not often) ppl with their own house cat that was not friendly with members of the house and visitors, because I saw the children have been (not physical, but psychologically) abusing the cat since its young age

He needs more exercise if you play with the wand toy it will stimulate him enough and he won't have energy to hurt anyone

I had a cat who would do this, but once I got my hand on his neck, he would stop biting me. It was just how he played.
