  • Seems there is allot of reverses in chess. I'll have to this, as sometimes I do, do the balistic missile gambit as white. Will have to do it as black like you did. One gambit I like is the Vienna gambit, but astute players recognize not to accept that gambit, so you can play it as black, but its called the Rousseau gambit and white accepts the gambit allot, which they shouldn't. It is like the Vienna gambit in reverse, but kind of down a tempo though.

  • Why would they take on d6? If they leave e4 to you, dxe will cause queen exchange and black king cannot castle anymore. It is not ideal for black.
