    • What do you do With the mad that you feel When you feel so bad That you could bite When the whole wide world Seems oh so wrong And nothing you do seems very right What do you do Do you punch a bag Do pund some clay Or some dough Do you round up friends For a game of tag And see how fast you go Its great to be able to stop When you've planned a thing that's wrong And be able do something else instead And think This song I can stop when I want to Can stop when I wish Can stop Stop Stop anytime And what a good feeling To feel like this And know that the feeling is really mine I know that there's something Deep inside That helps us become what we can For a girl can be someday A woman And a boy can be someday A man "What Do You Do With The Mad That You Feel" By Mr. Rogers

FFD 16 or so years and I find myself putting the series on when my insomnia is really… like for instance right now, it’s about 1:49am on January 17th, 2024 - and I’ve had it on for about 2 episodes… was just about to fall asleep and my husbands snores ruined the whole entire vibe lol… I’ll just smoke a cig now and go back to a few more episodes of this beloved, saint of a man - helping ease the noise in my mind and get me to fall asleep 🤍❤

I don't know why but I found that part to be just so genuine and as casual as he is. As if the stage crew wasn't there to film him but to watch, to be an audience, and to get lost in him painting. • I’m not sure which happy little cloud Bob Ross is currently painting on, but I am very thankful for his soothing voice on this New Year’s Eve. My poor, terrified dog was shaking with fear over the fireworks. I tried everything to calm her, including every dog calming video on KZhead. As a last resort I clicked on this video. My fur baby started watching it and listening to Bob. She laid down with her face in front of my iPad and watched Bob paint. She didn’t try to hide or even stand up when the big fireworks went off and eventually she went sound asleep. Thank you Bob wherever you are for helping me soothe my little pupper🐾💕🐾

Also, Blick's has a jar with a spring in it, put it in there to keep the junk off your brushes. The thinner can be eventually filtered clean witn coffee filters. DON'T dump it down the drain. You can re-use it several times, it's awful for the environment and again, you'll truly wish you didn't...plus, it's very flammable (the fumes are). It'll strip the paint right off your Bob Ross brushes (true).
