The Loreal Panorama Tubing Mascara is apparently the best affordable tubing mascara at the drugstore. We're testing it against my favorite Clio mascara to see which is better!

What is a Tubing Mascara? ➡️ Unlike traditional mascara made with oil or wax that coats/builds up on the lash, tubing mascara is made with polymers that wrap around the lash like tubes. It gives the wear of a waterproof mascara but washes off MUCH easier! - This L'Oreal mascara wore great (no flaking or smudging) - But which do you think is better?

I really like this mascara, but I actually find it impossible to remove, no matter how much remover I use. So it’s surprising to me that it’s supposed way easier to wash off!
I love LOreal brands. They both look nice on you. So, since it wore great throughout the day, I would use the LOreal
I like the non-tubing side better! I’ve never heard of that brand. But it looks amazing. I need to try that. I always use the essence five dollar mascara for YEARS though.
THANK YOU for the explanation. I kept hearing people say "tube" or "tubing" mascara, and I thought it just meant "from a tube." I thought, "Well, yeah, they're all in a tube...sorta." Ha ha. Thank you. Oh! I preferred the Loreal side b/c of the separation. The Clio side looked fuller, like you said, but I thought the separation was really pretty on the Loreal side.
I think both look amazing! it's just the matter of preference - L'Oréal one looks cleaner..? while clio is more dramatic

Fr For him, I think the clio is perfect, but for me, I have really long lashes and if I used that it would look terrible I need the separation So for me the L'Oréal would be better

I like the CLIO side better, for volume and fullness as you mentioned, I have slightly downturned eyes so that kind of effect opens my eyes more. Also your nail polish is 🔥

They do look pretty similar, but it seems to me that the L'Oreal one weight down the lashes, wich is a game changer for me, for my eye shape.
I think the clio looks more curled and the other side is straight

I wear glasses all day, so I don't think the miniscule difference will be perceived from behind my eyewear. For me, L'Oreal it is! I'd love to see you do eye makeup for glasses, Johnny! Oh, and I LOVE this neutral look on you! Its cozy and beautiful.
The change is so subtle it doesn't matter
Clio definitely. It held your lashes up better. The L'Oreal side was okay but your lashes were dropping or never lifted.
As someone with sensitive eyes and allergies, tubing mascara has been a life changer for me! When I first “discovered” it a few years ago, it wasn’t vary popular, and I’d never heard of it, though I’m not super into makeup. I’ve found a brand that doesn’t contain any of my allergen (coconut derived products) and as it’s water based, it breaks down with water not oil, so even if I do rub my eyes, I don’t look like a panda instantly! There’s no fallout/crumbs either, so the product stays on my lash an and off my skin, so less irritation. Plus the removal process can be done with plain water, so no additional product to irritate, and you don’t end up with the bits in your eyes like you do with a normal mascara you wipe off.

Both look really good, I prefer a slightly more subtle look personally so I would probably choose the L'Oreal

Both look good. The loreal i think would look good with a softer look, where the cleo would work well with a very colorful or smokey eye look
I think it’s a matter of preference, cause honestly both sides look great! Personally I love the L’Oréal side just because it separated the lashes better and it made your eyes look more sultry.
Yall I stand by L'Oreal and their tubing mascaras, pro tip: warm that shit up (while closed) in a mug of warm* water (body temp) or nearby warm air and you got the smoothest and most clump free mascara on earth !! EDIT: I curl my lashes then use the L'Oréal Double Extend Beauty Tubes (the red&white one)

Omg! I've been using the L'oreal for a while now and didn't even realize it was a tubing formula! I actually love it.
the panorama looks gorgeous, the separation looks much better and gives a better shade of black that looks more natural

L’Oréal is my go to drugstore mascaras. The original telescopic one is still my favorite for length and separation. I am so curious about the panorama one but haven’t bought it because I got to many open mascaras currently.
Clio looks a bit darker and a bit more curled without curling. Panorama looks more separated. Clio also looks a little clumpy near the middle but a mascara brush could help that easy. I like both, Clio for the bigger lash look, Panorama for that clean girl kind of look.
Clio for a more dramatic look...and the other looks like a good everyday one. I love it!❤

I tried the clio one because one of my girlfriends said its her favorite. It was the only waterproof mascara i couldnt get off my lashes. I used 3 different cleansing balms and miceler water and it wouldnt budge. But I do love the new panorama mascara🤷♀️
I've had that with the viral telescopic mascara. It works great but is a bitch to get off.
Clio has their own mascara remover that comes in a mascara tube. Works like a charm!
At first I thought the L’Oréal but then, as you kept talking, it seemed like your lashes were drooping on that side. So I’m gonna go with the Clio because Your lashes stayed up. Honestly, though besides that, they look pretty similar. 🖤
It's probably because he didn't curl the lashes - tubing mascaras stiffen your lashes in place so it was probably staying down because of that

They both look good. The way you described the differences between the two is exactly spot on , i think. So I agree. It just depends on what look you want that day.
the Clio one gives nice lift on you! I’ve been using the Panorama mascara for almost 2 months now and really like it. I like a fanned out, separated look and Panorama does that well plus it gives me a lot of length. I’d love it even more if it gave me more volume, but that’s probably asking a lot as it’s hard to do both volume AND separation in one product.
They both look great. The pan side looks like a great daytime office look while Clio looks more evening wear glam

I have tried soo many mascaras, and it doesn’t matter if it’s tubing, waterproof or anti smudging, it all ends up under my eyes anyway 😂 I have oily skin and chubby cheeks. I don’t like fake lashes and I am superblonde. So at this point I will have great brows, the best lips, and we can all pretend I have eyelashes. I am so over the struggle!

This is going to sound weird. Close your eyes very tight and dust your face with some cornstarch before you go through all of your other things. Also, after you get up in the morning, wash your face with very very very very cold water like ice water is best and that will help with the oil all day it will take your skin probably a week or two to adjust to your new routine, but it will eventually adjust

I think they look the same! They look great! I just started using tubing mascara and im actually LOVING it! Plus it comes off so easily in water that it doesnt destroy my lashes

The brush for the L’Oréal is the most perfect brush I’ve ever used for mascara
I love the Loreal Double Extend Mascara. It washes off so clean and makes my lashes look crazy long. I'm sure you've tried this for sure, but it is always best to curl them lashes. ❤
I LOVE that Loreal mascara. Doesn't flake or smudge, and removes easily with warm water. Loreal does a great job with mascara ( except Bambi), but this one is their best yet!
I think you're right about the length being the same but it depends on what a person is looking for.. volume or separation. Your favorite(Clio sp?) definitely builds volume and makes the lashes thicker than the Panorama.
I bought the panorama two months ago and it is hands down the best mascara I’ve ever used!!!

I say both look good, the right side is more spaced out, but the right side is more subtle and your usual one is more vibrant and it does add more lift, so depends on what kind of look you would want to go with, both do look good
Hi Johnny, I think the L'Oreal one gives you a more fluffy, fuller look, where the cleo gives you a defined intense look. I guess it just depends on what look your going for, I think both are good. My favourite at the moment is the L'Oreal telescopic mascara, regardless of all the hype surrounding it, it really is an awesome mascara💜

They both look great, the Kleo seems to give more lift, like it would hold curl better.
The side you used your favorite one on Dafne has more length when you’re looking straight ahead, you can see the curl better. But the other side side with the tubing mascara has lots of separation and you can see the volume spread through the lashes.

The Clio looks the best to me. When I paused the video the Clio side looks longer, fuller, and your lashes looked slightly curled versus the L'Oreal side. Also your eye looks bigger on the Clio side. Thank you for this. I have to buy this brand now❤❤❤
I'm really enjoying my new L'oreal "balm" mascara. I got it in brown and it lifts and seperates my lashes flawlessly. It has a henna like texture but doesn't feel heavy on my lashes.
I agree with your assessment. It's probably preference. For a day-to-day, natural look, panoramic. But the Clio is great for more fullness and drama for special events, a night out.
the panorama has become my new favorite i work at ulta and probably have tried over 100 mascaras but i am obsessed with this one
I think the tubing looks fabulous for the every day local, and I think the non-tubing is good for like nice dinners because it looks more together
L'Oreal Panorama side for me, I love the look. The separation is fire 🔥 🔥 🔥 Also first time I'm hearing other people don't curl their lashes in the morning

Clio looks better now, but I think if you curled them L’Oréal would be much and if I were to choose for myself I’d choose L’Oréal cause I like the separation

I haven’t tried the Clio mascara but the L’Oréal one is my current fav because it does not flake which is pretty rare for mascaras on me. I prefer the tube when it’s a little fresher oddly enough

Cleo is more volume and L’Oréal is more separating. I honestly am a fan of the L’Oréal Voluminous Mascara. I’d be interested to see you do a side by side comparison of the voluminous with the Cleo if you haven’t done so in the past. 😊
The clio definitely gave your eyelashes more lift and volume.. 💯 like, it looked like you curled your lashes beforehand on that side because of that mascara:) That’s pretty good! I think I need to try it lol

Definitely getting just that extra bit of length with the cleo and when you look down your getting more of that natural winged eye look with the lashes

For me I would have gone with the L'Oreal because I have lots and lots and lots of lashes. They're just difficult to see because they're blonde. So when I use a brown or a black mascara, I don't need volumizing. I need separating for you. However, your favorite mascara seems to be exactly what you need because you don't have quite as many lashes as I do. I think the reason there are so many on the market is because some of us need one kind and some of us need a different kind.❤❤❤❤ This little video of yours was very helpful.
The Catrice easy-off mascara is very nice. It's not exactly tubing, I think it's a hybrid, because it melts away with warm water without forming the little tubes, but it's definitely smudge proof all day on me, and the effect is pretty much the same as these two in the video.

I like Cleo. It's more lengthening and thickening. However, both are similar.
Both look great, and look to get the job done(especially if they’re not smudging or running), though if I have to pick one I say the Clio.
