My daddy says the same thing "doing what I can do I do what I can't I hire out but staying active keeps me young" he is 92 and live alone I cook all his meals and my brother takes him to his appointments and to run errands. He had a stroke 2 years ago so can't drive anymore but he still does everything else himself. He is a very proud Air Force Vet. that really cares about his family and country!

Jason you are correct about hard work keeping you fit and young. My uncle Wilbur just turned 102 in April and his wife turned 99 last week. Both worked hard all their lives. They still live along and uncle Wilbur just stoped driving. When they got so old they couldn’t do everything alone they hired someone to work by their side to get things done. Sharp minds and body. Pride in a job well done is the greatest reward.

Oh Yes Jason PRIDE in says this fence is because of US! People drag out the Old Check book and never realize what it takes you felt that laying in bed that night and getting up the next morning. I did some yard work yesterday and I can tell ya felt it this am. But when I go out see how pretty it looks. God Blessing for sure!!
Ms Peaches has a new junior assistant Ms Mildred, she keeps an eye out while the work is being done. She was reporting back to the boss lady around dinner time.😊

Good job. Glad the weather was nice. If you ever haver to add another gate, in an existing fence line, you should cut the second from the top wire and the second from the bottom wire and wrap them around the post before cutting the rest of the fence out. That will stop any slack from being created.

When I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 40+ years ago, my rheumatologist put me on steroids. I had to stay on this for a year, with monthly bloodwork, before I went into remission. Neither of us wanted me on steroids that long but it worked. I have had 2 very light flares. I feel great and work every day on the farm, etc at 73 this month.
"Hind end?" Oh, so funny! That's a new saying for me! 😁😍❤️
