Thanks David?
Great job Ben. No idea how much but would like you to quote the same job at my house, mine definitely needs replacing.
👍
Nice job Ben
Thanks James 👍
Or Simon? Your name comes up as two different things!!
Great job! RE gorilla glue, i swapped to this quite a lo g while ago now and I have to say its probably the best PVA style glue that is waterproof that i've ever used. Highly recommended drieds pretty quick but not too quick as to create frantic glue ups (which we all know can be stressful ha ha) The stixall is great too! My two go to glues. Thank youmformthe detailed build as always. Price.....my guess is £480....
Thanks Jon. Yes I agree about the glues. Think I have found the ones I want to "stick" with 🤭
Ooh we like that. Cost wise, I’m thinking £420.
Cheers for watching mate 👍 good guess
Great Vid and tips, my estimate of the cost would be £520 - £560, would you ever consider plastic packers to elevate the timber off the ground.
Thanks for watching mate. I prefer to just elevate it completely as even the plastic packers will hold water to the wood 👍
Was that regular mdf, not MR MDF
It was regular that I took off
@@BuiltByBen-YT Jeez, that’s criminal. And it was literally butting the ground. Looks like a newish house, it’s a shame more pride isn’t taken in making new builds.
@@BushmanOutdoors yea, all about speed and cost now. Always been the same really to think about it 🤣
£375 - nice work Ben! @theMarlinStudio

Yea I did say that at the beginning but it would have put the price up too much

£580 Ben marine ply not cheap plus labour if 2 visits to paint.
