Thank you so much. As a single mom, this is the first time I have needed to tie my sons' ties since my dad passed away. My dad was very happy to help do this task. Bittersweet, but I'm so grateful for your tutorials in helping me carry on this task. #NightToShine is going to be an awesome night, thanks to you all helping me prepare my sons for the fun night ahead. #thankyou!!!
Thank you for feedback, i am glad that my video is useful for you👍
Sorry Tami for loosing your dad, am from Nairobi Kenya
@@ibrahimmasara7209 Thank you, so very much.
7:49 Is perfect knot and most eye catching
Some of these would require a really long tie for the extra material. My Dad wore a tie every day to work for 46 years because he believes in looking your best in customer service. (Not required at all for his job and the managers didn’t even wear them.) He taught me so much.
Wow he's good , next thing he gotta teach us is keep a relationship tied like that.
Chris Hamaseb XD
@Shut it Ash the hands?

I stumbled across the 4 in hand when I was a teen (now closing in on 60) trying to remember how my dad tied a half Windsor, this is the way to this day how I tie a tie I just never knew what it was called . Thank you. 😊 It's just a half Windsor minus one step, it's honestly the easiest knot there is heck I did it by mistake 😅
Thank you for making this video.. great teacher rocked the prince Albert to wedding party
Thank you too for your feedback
I was searching just the best way to tie up my tie for my wedding on the 27th November 2021 and it seems I've come to the right man. Love and best wishes from The Republic of South Africa.

How’d you get the apple logo on your name? That’s cool.
I wore a four in hand knot everyday at work for 42 years (my father considered any other knot pretentious). In retirement I look forward to Sundays because I can put on a tie for church. A man is half-naked without one.
Not really
What about t-shirts that have a tie in the design?

You saved my families Christmas party! My parents would have disowned me if I would show up in sweatpants and sweatshirt again! Thanks a lot from Germany
I tell you what , even the music fits ! Great video !
thank you for you nice comment
Am from India. I learned the Merovingian knot from you. Knew the rest. Just a suggestion, you could have used a starched and ironed shirt for the video. Also, are Prince Albert and 4-IN-HAND knot the same? I tie it as in video, but knew it as 4-in hand. Had no clue of a Prince Albert knot though (which seems very much like a half-windsor. Thanks for tutoring.
In love with the Merovingian. Though some advice, don't tighten any of the loops. My first try came out looking wonky because I tightened everything lol.
Man ..... idk which one i like best , don't give me options ! Lol😂 Cheers Mate
I'm from India and lots of love to you
Thank you,greetings for India✌️
after lot of years of trying how to tie a tie, finally i could do it with your steps, Thx Man
I’m an American living in Japan. Many years ago, I once saw someone wearing an Eldridge knot and I thought that was cool. Thanks to your video, now I can try that. Thanks!
Merovingian is a classy knot got many compliments, its awesome.
Thank you, yes, Merovingian is really cool knot. It is one of my favorite knots👍
넥타이 메는 방법이 배울수 있어 좋아요 멋저요
Knew the trinity since 8th grade, windsor is 1/4 trinity and eldredge is 3/4 trinity + a lil extra on the top, got all of it very easy first try and now them by heart yet again, thanks. If you’re tall though, gotta have a pretty long tie especially for the eldredge knot. Otherwise you’ll be walking around around with a sad 5 inch long tie 😭 (Sweden here)
Excelente: ¡valiosa recursividad ! (Desde Tuluá/Colombia. Gracias.
Great video. Wearing a tie for 50 years. I’ve used many different knots, but I prefer the full Windsor with a dimple.
Thank you 👍
Agreed 💯
You deserve respect and my subscription. You rock dude
I didn't even knew a knot could be fucking cool and a flex like the merovingian knot-I was just looking for inspiration but was positive about it and I'm from germany 😅
Greetings from USA.Your video is really amazing and you make me wanna wear ties every day from now on lol😀😀.I enjoyed this video very much😍Thank you so much for your expertise!💯👌🍾

Thank you so much for posting this. I am learning many different skills and techniques in life such as learning how to type on a keyboard, play the Ukelele, and learn more shirt tie styles. Now, I'll have 7 more tie methods in my personal reservoir. Excelsior!
Thank you bro for a nice comment,i am glad that people like my video 👍
Because of your comment I decided to finally become the person I want to be and learn as much as I can. I wonder how long this enthusiasm will stay.
I've discovered that enthusiasm stays as long as one isn't afraid of failure and consistently learns more about and practice what they want to accomplish. Remember, what ever you do as a hobby or a skill, do it for you. Don't always compare yourself to someone who's better at it. Doing that will drain your enthusiasm. Excelsior!
It's cool,i hope that the enthusiasm will be with you for long time
Hey ! I’m from Colorado and I just used one of these techniques for an interview and it went well. Thank you very much for the well put demonstrations.

Thank you for your nice comment 👍
East TN, USA. I prefer “tail tying” now that I’ve learned my own modified Eldridge Knot. Before, with standing part tying, I may have to re-tie to get the length correct. Now, with tail tying, I get the standing part to where I want it and that’s where it stays when I’m done. Also, I don’t tie down loose and have to cinch up to my neck as shown here. Great video. I may have to try one of the tail tied methods.
Even though in our tropical country we use necktie rarely it is a reminiscent of our past British association. I will try to use your techniques. Thank you for posting. From Tamilnadu, India.
I will try when schools open after quarantine...
cool👍

The Half-Windsor knot is easy and it looks great. Horizontal at the top and not angled. Not as bulky and smoother than the Full Windsor.
