    • If you got the housing camera in good condition, you can buy spare camera pcb's at aliexpress and repair faluty cameras, as i have done. Sure you can upgrade old analogic cameras to hdcvi or hdtvi so.

  • I’m curious to know how dirt gets inside of a sealed object and gets caked on an electric board? The casing is metal, if it were found outside, why wasn’t rust visible?

    • That's because it's staged. The idiot was using a crap multi-meter to check the "circuits" but really was doing absolutely nothing, he doesn't know the pinout of each of those individual IC's, nor the trace layout on the PCB. In reality, he caked it in mud, then cleaned the case up without actually repairing it.

    • Resistors shall have non-zero resistance. Their nominal is the production responsibility. Capacitors shall not pass current.

    • @@alexanderbelov6892 Some resistors could be bridges ie. 0 Ohm, all components are connected in circuit so even capacitors can be paralleled by resistors ie. as a part of filter circuit. You cannot really tell much from this test. Also passive components breaking are very unlikely. Only thing that can be fixed might be, cold solder joints. If something goes wrong its probably IC and even theese is high performance parts due to wear like MOSFETs in SMPS and or electrolytic capaitors (only exeption for passive components). I bet that the pcb would work fine even with all this dirt.

    • Схема включения подсветки управляется простенькой цепью прямо на этом колечке и ик светодиодами! Он её напрямую замкнул. Управлять подсветкой с компа у таких камер просто невозможно, это аналог древний. Меня смущает это восстановление, сомневаюсь в том что сама плата с ик матрицей уцелела, думаю по итогу плату с матрицей подкинули с другой рабочей!
