Try do it the same way as trunking. Cut the lips off fold 1side into other bolt together.

What if the depth is less than 50mm? Is it still a 20mm measurement?

- No brother, it depends on your tray depth. But the minimum cable tray tray or trunking size is always 50mm base on my experience. Thank you for watching my video

- Cable tray size 80% divided by 4. Example: 100mm cable tray size 1st 45 is 40mm

You did wrong cutting ✂️ the ear u can't cut it completely off u should cut just one side and then u can put ur screw on it
