Wao amazing
Very super work
Just super amazing,, the genius behind some of these small factories that doing metal work and just everything that I always thought was coming out of some mega factory in China and after I started watching these videos is really amazed me that a lot of this stuff is coming out of small independent shops, I am embarrassed that America does not have half of the ambition at these young gentlemen have. My day be blessed and continue to be productive.
🌺 At first it looked like they were transferring it from place to place to place until finally it got to the stage where it was actually turning into a rope, ha!😳😂🌺
wow, it's amazing, there's a lot of coconut waste and the engine has a large capacity, it's extraordinary, I'm from Indonesia, I'm very amazed
Very interesting 👍
We called it Sindhri, very cheap and reliable rope, quite famous. Never knew it was made from coconut wastes.

And that coco peat for farming 👍👍👍
Fantastic
I hadn't realised that rope could be manufactured using such short strands. Its really quite fascinating that someone thought to use the waste products from coconuts in this way!
It's really all they have to work with. The Indians and middle East thrive off of the trash from other countries.
At one part in the video, it showed what looked like a plastic line being added to the center of each of the rope strands, with the coconut husk material being wrapped around it. Then, those rope parts were wrapped with other plastic lined rope parts.
There are no plastic used to make these ropes. You need to realize Indians have been making these ropes centuries before the invention of plastic.🤦♂️
Very interesting. Thanks for showing us.
Thanks bro

coir has lot of uses including when it gets fine treatment it can be used for packaging material instead of tin aluminium...and its eco freindly when infused with other green pulp coir shall give that stability strength to hold product safe secure like even as roof tops...

How to buy this machine sir because i have coconut farm in my hometown;
So the rop is only held together by small strands of friction?
Lol yup
At one part of the video, it actually looked like they were adding line made of plastic to the center of the ropes and then wrapping the coconut husk material around that plastic line.
You need to learn how physics work, son. No wonder Indians stealing all your tech jobs😂😂😂🤦♂️
Can anyone tell me what this rope is basically used for, and what can you use it for and watch you cannot use it for and how long it lasts compared to hemp rope and other types. Thank you for the information
Its is used for everything in India even for tying down huge boats.

Government should increase the taxes on plastic door mats then need to give a subsidy to this business
