No they aren't, and malric isn't listed as dead. Just because agatha and tenosia both hate the masons does not mean they like each other. All the masons did to the Tenosians was occupy their lands and come from Agatha. It was the original Agathian king that launched the invasion against Tenosia. The masons just took the territory he conquered for themselves after they won the civil war. Besides, this is medieval times. It's a good chance that the Tenosians think that the Agathians deserve death and enslavement for the 'crime' of not being Tenosian.
