Great video! Big mistake lots of folks make is not watering thoroughly. Don't get me started on the ice cube thing either! 😂

The way I hear my Mom yelling at me to turn that water off! I mean I get it because I have tons of house plants AND outdoor plants and flowers but…the talking with water running 🫣 The waste. Appreciate the help though!

Since I live in CT with indoor temps of about 66F-70F during winter, having sphagnum moss is really risky. I have no choice but to use it with younger plants, but I have to be very careful with the amount I provide. I'm thinking about getting a cattleya orchid after seeing Brian's tour videos. I have a nice southern exposure window for one.
Put water in the middle of the plants I’ve been told it damages them is that true
On phalaenopsis, you want to try and avoid getting water in the crown of the plant.
Do you have a water software? And/or do you know what your TDS is? I'm not trying to imply that. You're doing anything wrong, I'm just curious.

Tap water??
I never use water right out of the tap, l put in bucket and let the chlorine evaporate before watering (in nature there is no chlorine in rain water)
May be soak them in a bucket to save water…..
Agreed ...but not too long...probably 5 minutes...😊
Turn off the water! Terrible waste!
