@@PlatonicQthat idea literally means ubisoft would encourage people buying a Xim, you know if they wanted to do that they could just simply let mnk on the game without a need of a Xim? the whole point of a Xim is to make the game believe they're on controller so they get aim assist (if the game has it) and they're in controller lobbies

wouldn’t get out hope up, the reason xim works so well is it disguises the inputs as controller sticks, so it complies with mousetrap. gonna be tough to actually catch it.

The reason I think they aren’t doing that is because they will lose a lot of players if they just ban them like that
Cheaters still buy skins and camos. Banning them would result in lost revenue, and Ubisoft love their money.
If they ban the account then they will just make a new one and do it again, doing it this way keeps it from happening altogether

It sound quite weird for sure, but we have too much operator on the game already. I think it's worth mentioning that they need to think about the impact of adding a new operator as it can change the meta completely.
@@sleepyarrakis that’s good. change is good. the games gotten stagnant and stale. there’s a man named pengu. and he preached something whilst playing professionally and dominating. he said you have to constantly change your sensitivities just a little bit bc if not you’ll just get into a rut. he’s completely right. and if something as small as changing your sensitivities helped lead him to winning back to back si’s and many majors, introducing minimum 4 ops and 1 new map per year is necessary for the game to stay vibrant.
@@samysull333 That's true, but If we see it that way, does that mean that siege is entering end of life? I mean this is possibly the best season we'll have on siege after years. And they added only 2 ops vs the usual four they did.

"Siege is slowly improving" This is YEAR NINE, it's been 9 years. Sure this is slightly exciting but theres no need to need to act like siege is all of a sudden fixed. Still alot of things that need fixed in siege BUT this is one GIGANTIC step in the right direction

they didn’t expect this game to live AT ALL, even the sound was broken up until year 6. the game was made off of an assassins creed engine and that ALONE should’ve made the game die off

yeah when the game first came out and was in need for a lot more. im fine with them not making new maps, its very annoying for ranked gameplay. and i could care less about guns and operators so I dont think any of those features make the game better, they just make it worse having to deal with new metas in ranked.

I got back on siege about 3 months ago after not playing for 3 years and I thought the game was only gonna get worse from here. Playing the tts and seeing the roadmap genuinely surprised me seeing that Ubisoft is actually doing something good
This year might actually be the best year r6 has had.
Im actually super happy with these changes, nothing can be perfect, but this is honestly really good.
All thats left to do now is to make the game not crash mid ranked match and fix audio bugs
Omg it only took 5 years to do something literally the entire r6 community has been asking for the entirety of those 5 years

Alright this is what I’m talking about Siege is back and we gunna have a Siege cup I’m pumped.
Jynxzi pulled in lots of new players so Siege started teeing up and became slightly mor beginner friendly and added lots of content.
The mnk thing does put a smile on my face

This is the best thing they ever did for the game
Here me out the new k&m being put in pc servers are great as both punishment but also helps anyone who can't afford a pc

Played siege on psn from release until year 4 or 5 and stopped playing all together because so many people in upper ranks were on mnk and I’m not that great and it made it damn near impossible to compete fairly. I’m ok with loosing to someone on controller because I lost to someone who was just better, not someone with an unfair advantage. Siege is healing.
As a PC player, dude the concept of facing MnK Console players is legit just free elo.

Nah, recruit 5 stack in ranked is some of the best fun you can have, especially when the enemy team honors the recruit challenge

I already know xim players are going to work around the queuing with pc players by loading up with their xim not plugged in to get in a console lobby, then leaving the game to plug it back in, then reconnecting. I hope Ubisoft has something in place for this.

Ahhhh console M&K getying queued with PC just fixed this game for console with one change. That is a bold move and i respect it. It also makes playing pc servers more accessible, if someone is serious about siege but cant afford a PC.

Ngl in my opinion siege gotta remove the trajectories with c4 and impacts before c4s were like a lineup and needed skill to use but now you can line it up within a few seconds and easy kill it just makes the c4 less skill based
