Isn't that disgusting that schools removed disabled kids from class photos, that poor mother and how upset she was. So much for inclusion. As the saying goes - "We're all equal, but some are more equal than others". Disgusting.

Honestly the school photos story is absolutely disgusting,if this had been a photographer offering class photos excluding children by race or trans children🙄you would never hear the end of it.every parent in that school should have complained about this.
“Trans children” - not old enough to be allowed to vote, drink, have sex, etc, etc, but old enough to make that sort of decision… Just saying ‘trans children’ shows that the world has gone mad. I thought adults were supposed to protect children.

As a regular viewer, thank you for your nominat6ion from Scoland.
I'm American and proudly fly the Stars and Stripes. We even make sure it is lighted at night, which is proper protocol. We also display our blue star banner, emblematic of a family member on active military duty.
If we fly the flag of St George on a pole in England we get arrested as it may offend people from far away lands.
Norway feels the same pride about their flag. I have never seen anybody in my 55 years here disrespect the flag. It is used to celebrate birthdays, holy days and the national day. It's a wonderful tradition they have.
The same love for our flag in Denmark ,only these soys in the capital, that no one likes anyway that has a problem.

They put trigger warnings on Radio 4 extra before playing The Navy Lark and The Goon Show. Sad state of affairs
A few months ago I watched Papillon (the Steve McQueen version) on TV and before the start of the film and after EVERY advert break a recorded voice gave a warning that this film contained horrific scenes of violence and torture that would disturb and upset certain people. Can you imagine how some of these people will cope when they encounter real life horror scenes???
I listen to Angel Radio which is based in Havant, near Portsmouth. People listen to it worldwide and it's on 98.6FM. It's great - they play music up to 1969, and they say this programme will play music and radio shows from a different era - if you are of a weak disposition, feel free to turn off! It's said, tongue in cheek. They play the Navy Lark, and there's nothing in it at all, that's offensive. I used to love all the 60's and 70's comedies, especially "Till Death Us Do Part". If young people watched that today, the poor snowflakes would have a meltdown, and apapleptic fit!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Our local electric company had a huge campaign to reduce water usage. The emohasis was on how to save water without making life difficult. It worked. People reduced the water use by almost 25%. Wonderful. But now the water company had to increase rates because reduced use equals reduced income for the company and they needed to keep the users from keeping the money they saved by reducing usage.
I live in Sydney, and last Winter we were told the coming summer would bring hot and dry conditions. Thankfully, their predictions were incorrect. Yesterday, we had a month's worth of rain in one day!
Well you can’t expect the meteorologists to predict climatic conditions months in advance, can you?

I would like to point out, that women are just as skillful as men, in sport. The difference is speed and strength.

Women's tennis has lots of really good rallys (unlike the men's which is mainly serve and return,) and men's soccer is all about falling over, pretending to be hurt and having a temper tantrum.
You only need to see how many of the top international Chess champions are women.
@twig3288 chess isn't a sport, it's a game. One thing has nothing to do with the other. No-one disputes that women can compete in certain fields, but in top tier male dominated sports (football, rugby, basketball etc) men are far more skillful.

The water companies want £40 from each customer to help sort out the sewage problem. Surely any company that causes a disaster for nature should solve the problem themselves by not paying shareholders huge dividends. Either that or give them massive fines that would force the shareholders to actually accept the responsibility. But this country seems a little one sided toward the rich. (Or making their friends rich - as with the PPE that was useless but was not returned for a refund)
There are ways to renationalise the water companies without it costing a fortune- you can do what they did to renationalise the East Coast rail line (where Richard Branson was basically forced to hand it over in the furlough scandal). Basically, you fine the hell out of them for the criminal behaviour of dumping sewage into the water supplies, until they have no choice but to hand it back to the state. This would be a generous offer, considering water companies have not done what they were contractually obliged to do when they bought them in the first place- the deal was done with the promise they would fix the Victorian pipes. Not only have they not fulfilled this obligation, but they have been poisoning the water supplies. They have been stealing money from us for 50 years- it's time they paid back their debt to society (preferably in prison). The only reason the government hasn't taken this step is because crooked politicians are protecting their mates who have made a lot of money screwing over the British public.
