The roots have always been, and always will be, the best part of this show.
I can't stop crying at the pictures of The Roots . I've loved them since I was a kid and I just... Man. Such nostalgia. Hearing Black Thought crying on a freestyle or listening to ?uest drumming for hours or the artistry in You Got Me or hearing Black Thought SPIT with Talib or Mos or KRS and falling in love with the base and the tuba. They worked so hard. I love you, brothers. Thank you for it all. You made my youth.

Okay, poly sci majors..."eccentricy" refers to how much a body's orbital path deviates from a perfect circle. The more eccentric an orbit is, the more elliptical and less circular it is. Had to throw that in after personally losing some brain cells to that unfunny bit.

I think most of us knew that, or at least knew there are different meanings to many words. The bit was sarcasm, that's what makes it funny. If you learn to understand humor in sarcasm, you'll never have to lose brain cells again. I can't imagine what SNL did to you.
