Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)

3 large eggs
120 g sugar (3/5 cup)
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoons oil
100 g flour (3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons corn starch
Prepare a second bowl
Pour in half of the batter.
1 tablespoon baking cocoa
1 tablespoon milk
Baking pan: 18 x 28 cm (7 x 10.5 inches)
Bake the cake at 180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes.

350 g cherries (sour cherries) (about 2 cups)
3 tablespoons cherry juice (from the glass)
2 tablespoons corn starch
Some lemon juice

350 g cream cheese (possibly with less fat) 1 2/5 cups

70 g powdered sugar (1/2 cup)
350 ml whipped cream (about 34% fat)
2 packs of cream stiffener
Chill the cherry cake for 3 hours.
