-1 Cup Jiffy Corn muffin mix
-1 Cup all-purpose flour
-1 cup milk
-1 Egg
-1/2 cup Colby Jack Cheese
-1 (16 ounce) packages beef, chicken or turkey frankfurters
-Wooden Skewers
-1 quart vegetable oil for frying
Fry till lightly golden brown
