Amazing how many "electricans" don't even know that the star is the back of the bend ....amazes me ....I loved "benfields' (I think it was?) conduit bending booklet full of tips and quick reference standard measurements where to put marks

Stan I don't think people know how difficult it can be to use a "simple" bender if you don't have either the professional training or the experience that years doing something can bring. Thanks for sharing!

I think the problem for a lot of electricians is they don't know how to use the markings on the bender once you understand the markings it's fairly easy, I also say bending pipe and laying out a pipe run you have to have a good imagination if you know what I mean.

You can’t do that. This dude is so experienced that everything is so simple for him. This guy is a Jedi Master. Don’t think you can do this a normal day job if you don’t have the experience as him. He knows how much pressure to apply and tips and tricks because he’s been doing it so long. In other words use the tape measure.

The conduit hangers stand off your conduit from the surface, so offsets arent needed.
