    • Wish you the best in your future surgery. I live with chronic pain. I have had spinal fusions of c4-c7. I'd fractured my upper T spine from a fall so later I had to have fusions. My injury was over 20 years ago in 1999. Trust me when I say I really do know how you feel. Not sure your exact surgery but I hope you get help with the chronic pain and that the pain is alleviated. (relaxing channels is such a huge help for sleep and relaxation and distracts me from the pain levels. Take care! You will do great and for post op make sure you follow doctors orders) 😊
