  • Sana makagawa din kayo ng roof deck na open lang tlga sya at kahit may maliit lang nq space na pahingahan doon, ung pagkagising mo sa umaga ay magpapaaraw ka doon..at purpose din kapag mag party2 pede gawin enjoy place st with 3rooms din at may malaki ang sala..thanks,

  • Do you build and design a larger 3 bedroom single storey house/medern european style luxury villa with 2 ensuite bathrms/Shower rooms and a 3rd bathrm & shower off the lounge area for guests and a private swimming pool salt water, Master bedroom with own walk-in large clothes closet and full size opening up folding doors for direct access to the pool and patio area for sun loungers x 4-6. Pool size either 10mtrs x 4 mtrs or 8mtrs x 4mtrs with a heated jacuzzi and seating. Room for a 2 vehicle & 2 motorbikes covered driveway. Building must have solid rain gutter all around the house down into underground drains to remove rain water/fon toc from the garden lawn area to avoid flooding during the monsoon season. Interior size between 160sqm to 250sqm and the exterior size plot 280sqm approx. Lsndscaped gardens all around the property. Modern european designed kitchen and high gloss slow closing hinged units with all stainless steel Electric Double fan oven, with a 5 ring Gas Hob (centre large Wok burner) a Large built-in Stainless Steel Microwave 30ltr, a seperate Utility room for Plumbed in Washing Machine and a wash basin and room to dry clothes and wall and floor cabinets for ironing board, iron, wash liquid, extra everyday storage things extra light bulbs, fuses, etc. My preference is a U-shaped building design so one can walk straight out of 2 bedrooms and straight into the swimming pool. Q. What would the estimated total price for such a property excluding the land or including the land.?
