We're at the point where indie devs and the general playerbase realizes triple A gameplay with bad - decent graphics is far superior to triple A graphics and bad - decent gameplay.
@@GadnukBoWeveryone knows that. Triple A gameplay just used to be incredible 10 years ago and relatively quickly/recently degraded to the mess we have now so indie devs have only had a chance to compete for couple years now.

@@skooby95 Tried out the Demo. There’s definitely room for improvement but I don’t think it’s a bad game by any means. The movement is a little clunky and I don’t like how strong the aim assist is on controller but I think the core gameplay is fun enough. It’s def not a cod zombies killer (lol) but if the devs continue to improve the game, I think it could be nurtured into something pretty great.

@@moldetaco2281 ehhh, idk about BO4, the mechanics weren't the best in that game, but the maps were really well detailed, they were really fun, and high quality. I can't compare this game to something like Ancient Evil.
@@it2spooky4me79 its arguable cuz 9 and ancient evil arent that good. this game is in beta early access and already has way more potential than bo4 zombies with just its 4 base maps. if it werent for the mechanics and over the top wacky easter egg steps id agree with you. most of the steps in bo4 just dont make any sense or have any justification other than being hard to find.
This just shows that even when you have a small amount of devs, as long as they're talented and know what they're doing they can create some really interesting stuff. Looking at you COD, you don't need thousands of devs to make one game.
Sounds cheesy but, devs have to also have passion for what they are creating. Dev's creating a game solely because it's their "job" 9/10 times aren't going to be as fun as the game created by dev's who poured their heart and love for that genre into the game.
@@-_JayR_- You're absolutely right. That's why having thousands of devs work on one game can be a problem. Some are actually passionate but are held back by restrictions, and some just do it for the paycheck. Having a smaller but more likeminded team I think is how it should be done.
Only thing I hate is the satanic shit in the 1st map like wtf ik its ritualistic but who uses an actual satanic ritual

This is what Activision needs to do, release a stand alone zombies game. It will most likely be paywalled though
That’s what we’ve been saying since black ops 2, that they should make a standalone game with a whole ass campaign dedicated to zombies. Have it open world and similar to borderlands. Then have the round based in a side mode with everything you unlocked in campaign available in that side mode. We even made up a multiplayer game mode where zombies are thrown into the mix because grief mode was so amazing. Then they did make a zombie multiplayer hybrid in wwii and it was decent but not the focus. Then outbreak came out and it was a half assed version of what we as the community desired.

Played the demo map for 3 and 1/2 hours and I bought it immediately after for 5 devs and ones who are passionate about it it’s an immediate buy hopefully people just give them support and this game truthfully I think has the potential to be huge
This game is amazing. I've been playing nonstop completing the story and hidden objectives. Can't wait to see the content they create. P.S. Lucky is the Bestest boy🐺

This is super exciting that a game with 5 devs can put together something this polished and bring Zombies back to what we all fell in love with this mode for. Also super disappointing that CoD has had way more resources and given us some re-used repurposed crap in a bag and then forgotten about us once we purchased their game.
They listen to community in the discord that's what's good about it. Still early and road map/ updates is possible

Only bad thing is that with a lack of resources this will most likely be a fad or trend unless they hire more people or these 5 people are god like developers and can keep pumping content

Played this game a couple months back and it pleasantly surprised me! Definitely wasn't expecting Noah to play a game this small, but I'm all for it and I'd love to see more videos of it with the boys

I hope you play more and really get into this as much as cod zombies cuz i'd rather learn how to do the easter eggs from you vs someone i don't usually watch
I bought the game with all dlc for the support, and wow it's pretty damn good! It's got a mostly Cold War vibe to it in gameplay, which i'm still not used to as a BO1 to 3 only guy. Love the roguelike mechanics, the enemy variety and so far my only issue is not having the mystery box light in the sky to locate it (also mystery box is a dog so 10/10)

man this is refreshing. the only gripe i have is that this level feels kind of cramped, but i also don't like big open parts of a map that feel like "safe spaces". i'd really like to see them bridge that gap. i love the direction of this game and i think i'd want to see more of this

I've hit my first round 100 on this game last night! This game is solid and pretty good for an indie game. Also the potential for this game and future DLC'S are great.
Been waiting for you to play this, it came out on the 18th, thought you would of been all over it on day of release, also the other Easter egg after the one you completed is already in the game, all maps have an Easter egg with objectives then have another that you can continue to do without any help or pointers in the same game

im actually in shock this was made by an indie dev, it looks phenomenal and on par with triple A games in terms of graphics and raw quality. This is defo gonna be a success, new cod zombies will never be as fun as like bo3 zombies or have the difficulty of bo3 and bo4 easter eggs

Ive been having a blast with this game. The miricales can make a difference to upgrading you ult, molatov, heal, and weapon passive. Teir 2, 3, and 4 miracles are a lot stronger and have many different ones to choose from.
This looks so fun. This feels more like cod zombies than the last 2 versions of cod zombies. Wish i had an xbox or pc to play this

Bought their game bundle, that has this game and a survival horror game they both look really fun and the devs definitely put a lot of passion into it we may be seeing a new company rising in the gaming world

This game looks absolutely amazing. I’m sold on it. Gonna buy it while it’s on sale for 20$. Sale ends on the 26th. Ty to the guy who mentioned it in the comments. The moment I seen the randomized power ups like all the rogue like games, I was intrigued. I was very very interested from the beginning but that sold me, plus having 4 maps too!

Triple points and half price everything is actually amazing zombies need to take note
It's sort of like vanguard you upgrade your perks multiple times and for miracles they aren't permanent you can swap them out and even if you get the same miracle it will have better stats depending on your level and dog houses are "mystery boxes"
Impressive for a 5-man team, I can only hope that the games gets some moderate success, because then that would mean they could bring in more people to help polish the game up either for cinematics or just more people to work on new maps and secrets. Has potential, and will scratch the itch that people have been wanting.

my co worker told me about the demo so i tried it out and honestly i was amazed how they manage to capture that old school zombies vibe. i might pick it up soon but goddamn did it feel good to play something that felt like what i became hooked on as a kid. it’s a big janky & some of the mechanics are meh, but i’d definitely recommend to anybody who’s a big zombies fan cuz this fills that void we’ve been wanting for so long.
