Double standards of enforcement by the Biden "Justice" department, withholding evidence in discovery, allowing non-germaine testimony are but a few of the examples I cited for my original statement. Perhaps you can explain why these are allowed regarding Trump but are verboten for even the poorest of defendants in other proceedings? Guilty until proven innocent is the Progressive standard of justice.
