Her relationship with Clint is a through line in the Infinity Saga. He convinced her to join the Avengers, her brother died to save Clint's life, she fled from a safe place with Vision even though she loves him because Clint came to get her in Civil War, she turned on Vision when he had Clint in a choke-hold, and she comforted him through his grief over Natasha in Endgame. Obviously people talk about her in connection with Vision and Strange a lot, but I think Hawkeye is very important to her too. Edit: He was the only one not affected by her mind control in Age of Ultron too!
Even though she was alive in the end but her story is one of the most tragic. She didnt grow up with proper love, the person she loved(her brother) died and then she was forced to kill her own loved one(Vision) and see him die again(when Thanos resurrected him then killed him to get the stone). She is really one of the emotionally strongest character in MCU

@@u235u235u235 lmao what?? the witch is because she has powers that are similar to "magic".. superhero names are inherently cliche for everyone involved. she mostly seems to only beguile men because she was attacking the avengers, who were almost all dudes. there arent that any female villains either.. And her russian accent was because the character is literally from eastern europe, her brother had an accent too.. im not going to argue with the unessesarily sexualized costume she wore, but to be fair, most comicbook-accurate costumes are unessesarily sexualized (for both men and women). and it wasnt even that bad, she literally just had cleavage, not even close to "stirpper"

@@caitlynwinchester369 a witch was a cliche character if you wanted to represent a woman with some kind of power in hollywood. it's like how most female characters portrayed as employed in movies used to all be either a secretary, nurse , teacher or nun -- they're hollywood cliches. as if that's all women could do, and for many years that was actually their only career paths in real life but that's a different topic. notice how in avengers: age of ultron she was mostly referred to as scarlett witch, but in the later MCU movies (after #metoo) her character was almost exclusively called Wanda, and no longer referred to as a scarlet witch. MCU dropped Wanda's mind control powers (or she never uses them anymore), because the sexist attitude that women can only get stuff done if they use mind games and plotting instead of honest tactics. (yes, the scarlet witch character from comic inception was sexist appealing to sexist teenage boys from decades ago. Can It be fixed? Maybe.) her accent change was also very very odd. but whatever, i can pass on that one. notice how she has almost no accent in later movies. she's wearing a corset and high heel shoes with her tits popping out. But OK that's not a big deal.

There will be no house of m. Her real power is propability manipulation and later we learned that she can use chaos magic. In mcu they made her a telepath and telekinetic while in reality she doasnt have talepathy nor telekinesis. So she is basically a psionic, she has jean grey power in mcu
Notis. On that note, I'd like to add a few things. Kevin Feige has hinted at her about to become so much more powerful. This to me seems like they're about to introduce her chaos magic and reality altering powers. Especially looking at the teaser for "Wanda Vision." I'm not saying that will happen, nor will House of M will happen, but I could see a version of that being a possibility. They have all the right pieces to do it. And hey, never did I think they would do a version of Civil War so early yet here we are. IMO I think they will have her create the reality she always dreamed of in Wanda Vision, that being getting married and having kids with Vision. That's how they could introduce her reality altering powers. They can't just have her as a telepath throughout this show and apparently as a main role in Doctor Strange 2, especially with a title like "Into the Multiverse." But that's just what I think
