    • I told my mother my dreams year ago and she kept saying “well, what if it doesnt happen?” I spent my 20s stifled and living beneath my potential. At 29 i accomplished my dream and finally told her. She looked mad then later tried to act like i got my gift from her (i didnt). Tell NO ONE your dreams. NO ONE. Just work in silence

  • When I was a kid I realized that I was different from most kids in my class. I liked certain things that would make me an outcast. That would lead to bullying & a lot of hard times. As I got older I felt so outta place that I longed for acceptance from my friends, family, & peers. But as hard as I tried I just couldn’t fit in. I ended up following the wrong crowd & got myself involved in the streets. That would eventually lead me to prison. My whole life I was told that I wouldn’t amount to anything. That I would die in the streets or die in prison. And after hearing everyone saying the same thing I started to think they were right. I wish I could say that things are good now but nah. That fight I been fighting still continues. But it is a whole lot easier now because I e learned to accept & love the man that I am. Thank you God for being by my side throughout this journey. I’ll never give up.

  • I wish i found this when a little bit younger i really needed when the pandemic hits. I've fallen so hard in life , relationships, and friendship. Word by word from jcole it resonated hard with my memories and mistakes. I fool around too much now i learned my lesson "the hardway" fallen in the ground face first.
