Hi Melissa, This was a great tutorial on how to cut ceramics for mosaic work. Excellent tips and techniques! I am now subscribed! Thank you very much.
thanks for the information
Subscribed! I had read articles in magazines and online about pique assiette back in 2009 but never watched any videos! I've inherited a ridiculous amount of dishes over the years, and if I can't sell or trade them, it would be a cool option to repurpose them in a creative way. Although I would probably try beach glass to start out... the edges are smooth and soft, less risk for cuts! Great work Melissa!
Thank you for sharing your techniques Melissa. I am happy to see you on youtube and I subscribed!
Thanks Robin! It took me long enough to get to this. But I am really enjoying this.
I actually like the wheel Cutters the best
Thank you! I would love to try this!
Cari DiMarzio It’s a wonderful craft. It’s amazing to me how I just sort of slip into a “zen” mood when I’m working on a mosaic.
Are those compound nippers? How do they compare with the usual tile nippers. Thanks.
Do you have a studio to visit?
Hi Jane, I don’t really have a formal studio Anymore, I am winding down my business Due to disability, and I am only doing these videos to try to expose as many people as possible to the craft!
