While I would love to tell you where you to get these legendaries, it's sadly a fact that we are still trying to figure out all the dedicated drop sources. Right now the best way to get a weapon you like is: farm an easy to kill main quest boss & spent crystals at a rabbits with the item type you want at the end of a chaos chamber. Again a legendary farm video is coming up with more loot luck tips!
Beside of the chaos chamber and boss farming another pretty easy way to get some decent loot is to open all the chests in the overworld and to look for some of the mimics. If you manage to kill one of the golden mimics before the fight ends you can also get insane items
They said they made it that way so people don't have to keep running the campaign like they did in bl3 to get them. I do hope they change that was actually my favorite way to play the game.
i got that cannon ball launcher at level 17 in a goblin cave. in the mountains near the start of the game. it is my first and only legendary i have
Wizard pipe sounds like a great smg build
PSA: fellow Fatebreakers, the buffMeister effects all damage including companions. Combine with ambi-hex with another high dps spell, and Feriore weapon reload companions and enchants and well chaos 20 is easy mode.
And also something I figured out after the video: the spell base damage matters, so the value before the X. So going for a high damage single shot spell is best in combination with the Buffmeister
Yeah but no one should go around trying to make a build around the buffmeister because it merges with the spell in your right hand and it’s a glitch and should be getting patched soon according to gearbox
@@JorRaptor precisely, look out for the 1100% damage magic barrage spells they have the highest base damage stat.
@@JorRaptor Was coming here to post this as this is the key to shredding bosses. Magic Barrage in it's single-damage variation will add anywhere from 500-4500 damage depending on the level you acquire one, which then adds that number to the BASE gun damage. The first time we experimented with this farming Zomboss to 40 he disappeared. As in we were quite literally confused what happened until realizing he got one-shot by the burst of a single round from our spellshot. It's beyond broken and will get nerfed, but for now it's making leveling characters a dream plus tons of easy loot farms. Also, you should be running the shield Cursed Wit, which is a a signature drop from the introduction boss. The reason being you can spec into Glass Cannon which means your uptime for the 100% bonus damage component is always active. Spellshot is just beyond busted in this game and I feel like it's overshadowing all other classes. I feel pretty shitty right now as a Spore Warden main, despite still being strong: it can't compete with Spellshot right now. Also why there's a billion Spellshot builds circling YT and barely any content for other classes.

The enthusiasm with which you describe the whacky weapons makes me happy! Been loving the game, and the return to irreverent form for Borderlands.
Fun fact, with melee weapons that have a ranged blast you can hit certain hard to reach marbles, dice, or chests behind see through doors (to see if solving the puzzle/opening the door is worth your time)

A protip for the ragnorok of the assassin: the arcs it shoots out count as melee attacks for breaking dice and marble collectables. This can save you some awkward platforming/maze running when getting your loot dice.

the sword seems to be built best for spellshots, they have a perk to remove ward Regen for 30% spell damage, this is likely BIS for Regen on that build
Yup, i am now having the issue of killing enemies and then dying and having no enemies to kill to revive
i also got the Ragnarok from zomboss! unless its a big coincidence, it may be his drop source. (tip: the Ragnarok lazer can open chests and dices from far away, and even trough walls!)
Talking about rocket launchers I got a ×2 Blue Cake in the chaos chamber. It acts just like the Yellow Cake from BL3. I'm assuming it only comes in lightning damage hence the name.

Wizards pipe is world pool loot got one from the ice skeleton boss on Goblin quest at lvl 18 and it does come in different flavors, mine was shock.
I got a rocket launcher that shoots anchors instead of cannonballs. ;) It has a huge arc so enemies have to be far. It’s pretty awkward to use but it hits like an ⚓️ in a cartoon with coyotes and roadrunners!

Im making a build focused on the ragnarok, i think with the right gear, enchantments, n perks i can make it rip. I may even bind melee to trigger and use it that way. Use a high melee stat gun as a stat stick.
Any hints on how to get Helms cosmetic? I think I got most of the colors and display but helm cosmetic haven't dropped.

I have a frost cube, I imagine there are other elements as well, I found it too random to be useful. The sunders are my favorite, I was running double sunders with a good amount of spell damage and spell crit when I finished the story, it seemed like I was on easy mode.

I got the sword from dragon lord first try but it was like 20 seconds after his loot when i killed him so i thought that weas a gurantee guess not (it was my first dropped legendary on and final boss too lol)
I shot that rocket into a group ... it crit and one hit about 4 of the enemy's... I wasn't expecting that honestly And I got it from a chest and mine does curse damage ... having fun with the twister name aswell
I got a spell called "Twister of Scathing" and wow it looks cool.. it dropped from Knight Mare but idk about dedicated drop
It's a returning thing from the twister shotgun in bl2 and it's dedicated drop is the banshee in the dankwood forest or whatever it's called.

Haha I farmed him yesterday and got a bunch of shields but the best thing was this Fish melee weapon that does poison on melee attack. Its called slammin salmon of mirth🤣🤣

@@imonke5303 they spell merges with other spells on spellshot and stacks damage based on your left in slot spell, so instead of only buffing your damage by 171 it buffs it by like 4k. Which is not intended

You should try get the bluecake the yellow cakes younger brother it's not as powerful as the yellow cake but it still packs a punch if you shoot from perfect range where it splits into 2
5:43 you didn't "get it" with the damage projected shield, that's not a roll. it's a Hyperius weapon all Hyperius weapons have the ADS shield lol. It's the same as Hyperion in BL3

Have probably killed that Zomboss 100 times and haven't got the cube. Mostly shields. However, I did get a different legendary that seems to obliterate enemies including bosses. It's called Inspiring Threads of Fate.
I got the cube just now from the skeleton chest - it’s the buffmeister I need - That’s what I was farming for when I got the cube - I didn’t even know the cube was any good til I watched this video. I’ve opened that skeleton chest about 100 times now and still no buffmeister 😖
@@jimbod9401 What skeleton chest are you referring to? Only one I know about is in Brighthoof. I think I got the Buffmeister in a random drop, but no cube yet.
@@jimbod9401 Was joining a friends game and they were just finished one of the challenges and opening the chest. Did absolutely nothing but join the game, and just as that happened the cube legendary popped out, so now I have that one. It's just okay though. The legendary I mentioned previously is a lot better.

You'd be better off avoiding dedicated drops for now. If you've reached end game I suggest running chaos chamber. You'll get the cube, fatebreaker sword, buffmeister, everything you've ever wanted tenfold

My Loot Luck is 1600 currently, will I have to raise it more for better Legendary drops? I'm Lvl30 and haven't finished my playthrough. I got side tracked trying to farm for some early gameLegendaries.
I'd say 2k is about the breaking point where legendaries start to drop with any consistency from bosses. 3k is the sweetspot for trying to farm more aggressively and you'd only want to start doing that at level 40 anyway.

quick patch out a way to quickly nuke bosses, ignores the nodded items brought in from PC. Either allow everything, or keep to the spirit of the game.
I kind of like the legendary drop rate even though it vexes me so but it makes legendary feel like legendary now, unlike B3 when they pop out so frequently.

Bosses are seeded for specific loot tables but ours dropped from Zomboss as a random loot. We were quite lucky as we haven't seen another again while leveling all the way to 40 off him.

The game is too new for people to know where dedicated drops are. I suggest chaos runs, but don't hold your breath as the grind is real and most times will give you nothing.

No, everything will get nerfed because the developers are inept. Sure, they literally watch content creators to see what they believe are the strongest weapons, but why blame content creators for creating content when you can blame developers for making development decisions? It makes no sense, fam. And after Borderlands 2 and 3, you would have to be mentally challenged to not expect it in this game. That is the main reason my homies refuse to buy it. We do not want to speed run the game just to use the fun stuff in the first week before they get boxed.

The best graveborn gun is this legendary I’ve gotten twice once at lv. 27 and once at 38 it’s I’ll edit this after I look at the full name but it’s a smg and the last word in its name is carver I currently play on chaos 8 still working my way up but this weapon destroys elite enemies I’d say it’s because of its singularity property

I love the world and design of tiny tinas, and the classes are cool. But the weapons in this game are TRASH. Such a monumental disappointment. The only weapons in this game that do any decent damage are the torgue pistols with tnt sticky bombs. That and spell spam. Everything else is super underwhelming and most of the legendaries aren't even worth using.
For real? I was temtepted to get this but im seeing a lot of meh reviews
@@Grimnir_x don't get me wrong, it's a super fun game. The story is good, it's funny, the character classes are super fun, the character customization and in-game appearance changes are awesome, the spells are awesome, but the guns are just AWFUL. And the melee weapons are even worse. I tried going for a melee only build after seeing how bad the guns were and maybe it's possible larer on with the correct legenadaries, but it takes like 6 or 7 swings to drop regular health enemies on the relaxed difficulty with a maxed out character fully speced into melee damage. The only thing that has worked for me in terms of damage is using spells and dark magic to heal.
@@FlashesSoccer011 now I’m confused because I agree some legendaries are a bit underwhelming but there are quite a few great purple shotguns, smgs, pistols, and AR. My main set up does not even use tourge weapons, as I have legendaries that do way more. As for melee it’s not amazing but i find it at least useable and I’m not even specd for melee (try an amp melee with a shotgun/Rocket/sniper it’s very strong)
@@NightshadeDE haven't found a single shotgun or sniper that is even usable. Weapons in this game are just awful man. It takes like 3 magazines to drop regular enemies. It doesn't have that same face passed crazy borderlands combat. It feels very slow and methodical, unless you use magic. It's just slow, stagnant, and boring. There's like 1 smg that's good, and pistols. That's about it.
Than you dont understand this game not every weapon is good for every class.
