Watching Paul destroy all the pillars the first time was pain knowing that he had to do it again- I was hoping he realized that before destroying them all
I was internally weeping watching you destroy the towers because I knew they would respawn with the summon but I do think the obsidian looks really good with the skulk. If you're looking for build ideas I think a pirate ship would be cool, with spruce and a purple flag maybe? It is a royal color fitting the king you were in the last hardcore world. Also if your sword is available can you call it Blake?

4:15 in and Paul goes to get some eyes.....by trading with pig boys. When he has an entire Enderman fam in the nether and all he REALLY needs from the nether is blaze powder. Yes, I screamed into my fist for the entire 10 seconds it took for him to realize his mistake. (And then the towers rebuilt themselves/respawned after the dragons respawned and I-- I definitely screamed some more. Oh Paul I'm so sorry--) I think the end looks AMAZING now?? like crazy amazing! I love the colors and the contrast of the deep slate against the obsidian, and skulk against everything. There's more light and space in the end, so you can actually appreciate all the colors and contrast, and the build you worked so hard on! Also, you mentioned in a previous vid maybe adding axolotls to the pond on one of the floating islands? I'd love to be one of the resident axolotls!
This is by far my favorite build of yours!! The skulk in contrast with the void looks so much like the mood of the natural deepslate surroundings, but without the claustrophobia of the cave where you can’t really fly up and see the whole city. I honestly love the pillars they keep it still looking like the End even though it’s been transformed! Great work paul keep up the amazing content! I would love to have my name somewhere in this build!!
The city’s usually have red stone labs under them that might be cool to put a farm in there. Also it would be cool to be a fisherman next to the lake.
This is the coolest end-transformation video. The theme of dark blue really fits with the End ! Keep up the good work !!

I love the way the ancient city turned out, especially the pillars you made and the obsidian ones. However, a part of my soul died when you said you’d mine those obsidian pillars before killing the dragon again. Also could I have one of the obsidian pillars named after me?

PLEASE PAUL. PLEASE hollow out the obsidian towers! If you put actual rooms/sniper towers, where the windows are at it would like really cool! Maybe even some campfires on the side of the windows for some variety!

Another youtuber I watch (Fwhip) also just did an End transformation (including the ~20 dragon deaths), so I was worried about the order of the pillar demolition... and I was correct, lol. Well, you made it work--the city came out great!
Hubby and I recently (actually in May) had our 32nd anniversary so if you could name a blue sheep '32' I would appreciate it, also if the sheep could be in the end that would be better ;) Great series as always, your ideas for new things are always amazing :)

This was an amazing idea, great dedication and you pulled it off so well
When you started the video getting the obsidian and we’re talking about killing the dragon, I knew there was going to be a moment where you realized that there was a slight issue with that plan. You didn’t disappoint.
Suggestion: Add shriekers to the end. On one hand, it makes the city feel more complete. On the other hand, manually placed shriekers don't spawn wardens, so you'll be pretty safe (besides the endermen, of course). Also can I be an allay please? Thank you ❤
I was literally thinking about what the end would look like with sculk everywhere. Also, I would absolutely love it if you could give a warden my name. They're literally one of my favorite mobs.
My heart broke with you as soon as the pillars respawned with the ender dragon😔🥲 but in the End (no pun intended hehe) they turned out hella cool! Can I be named after an Allay, yellow axlotle or a mule?! Can't wait to see the next project!

Maybe add some crying obsidian and some of the blue from the nether to the obsidian towers? Make it look like energy is flowing through them, and also don't forget to add the deep dark portal!

You shoulda put some colored glass on the pillars so it wasn't just deepslate against obsidian. It would be good for dimension and variety

Hey this is my first time seeing your content and i kinda like you so i tought that you could replace the cristals on the top with like some cool cage type of things and put cristals in there. And you could make a bunch of little bridges going from pillar to onother but dont make it like every bridge goes to pillar right next to it also you could add some wines and some of the gray things from caves that look like wines also you sould make it a bit more unsemetrical becuse everything looks so perfect maybe some things like broken pillars doesnt but rest is just like to perfect and add more things you can invent new buildings and not just use ones you have seen in ancient city

A really cool and beautifully done project, ancient cities look better when it's dark but you done what you could and it still has a really nice effect Glad to see this series from the begining and for it to came out so nice, great world you're building Btw if its possible I would like to be in this world in a form of a goat when the occasion arrives x)
Hey Paul, maybe you could make an epic base from a nether fortress with every biome in it. If you include animals in the biomes, could I perhaps be a sheep or a cow. Keep going with the great videos.

Ianxofour did a video on infinite obsidian farming where he explained that every time an entity enters the End it resets the obsidian pillars, so seeing Paul break down all of the pillars made me die a little inside

Idea for the obsidian! Make your nether portal on a rather sizable, for the amount you’ve gathered, island that matches your other islands!

Maybe make an end island(and city) in the overworld with a custom look that can fit your basic iron farm in it before you build your large one and change it into an auto smelter later?

I say you should mine the obsidian where the windows and doorways are and connect all the pillars through the hollow parts of the tower (where the windows and door ways are) that might look cool. You should definitely put warden in the end and name it by my name

You should definitely try to get a warden in the end it would basically rule over the end and be really cool I also have no idea if you would be able to get it in the end😂
My heart hurt watching you tear down those pillers knowing what was going to happen once you resurrected the dragon. Also when I saw you crafting deepslate bricks with a crafting table...I hope you started using a stonecutter. Deepslate is too much of a pain in the butt to mine to be waisting resources like that.
I didn't understand why you tore down the endpillars first.. :D then I laughed when I realised you don't know they will grew back. I'm not sure you are able to bring the warden into the end, I mean he is too dangerous and strong.. Maybe if you are lucky to find a deep dark biome near to a stronghold. But I would watch you doing it, for sure!

Ahh, the pain when he started mining the pillars before killing the dragon a bunch. The mechanic is used for automatic obsidian farms using withers alongside like a manipulation of the end crystals which is why I know it, but that is v. painful to watch.
