    • Yeah it is very unrealistic, however maybe it happened because in an alternate timeline the USA became communist. Idk how but that seems like the most realistic option cause the US wouldn't do that even in an alternate timeline. Or maybe in this timeline the US doesn't own alaska but something else does. Or it could simply be a mistake

Gorbechev would be their already, but with all the expense put into the Mars program from 1969 to 1985, and everything waiting for the 1986 launch due to the need for the Mars solar orbit and that of the earth to be properly relative to each other (1986 was a proposed date for this had it been funded), the would still launch.

    @user-dr7jk3ci6g@user-dr7jk3ci6g3 жыл бұрын
    • Not sure, First, Beria probably caused the stroke that killed Stalin (by poisoning him) in 1953 (real life timeline). Beria wanted the Premiership of USSR, and the position of General Secretary of the Communist Party. His execution was not because they proved he killed Stalin, too little evidence. Many tried to fill the Stalin power vacuum. They used the brutality of Beria to accuse him and he was executed. Then Malenkov I believe it was him. proposed lowering the military budget to increase domestic spending so the military is too strong for him to get into the jobs of Stalin. Khrushchev proposed doubling grain production to assist Soviet citizens instead so he got the jobs of Stalin. If it was 1957, no difference I think. They would get rid of Beria so Beria can not get the power.

    • @@jasoncuculo7035 i don't it was malenkov, if he wanted he would't had quited. Neither i think it was krushchev he even declared himself as a stalinist altrought he Made the "dis-stalination" and the return of marxist-leninst communism which caused the problems in late 70s and 80s to the collapse in 1991. Maybe in this Time line the dis-stalination didn't happen and the 5 years plans continued in 1955 maybe they could made a plan about Increasing automovilistic industry ( the USSR didn't produce a Lot of Cars or industrial trucks so that would have probably been the first 5 year plan after the death of stalin).

  • invade and conquer Finland in 1938 instead of invade and conquer only part in 1939. What keeps Stalin alive until 1957? Fairly certain Stalin stroke in 1953 was caused by poising ordered by Beria. China and USSR in 1950s wanted to combine forces and start WWIII, Mao was angry with Khrushchev for his softer approach. • Also, most the Red Army was controlled by party commissars by 1939, purge of officers (40,000 officers) began in 1937. Is this video suggesting that an older 1938 invasion would work because some of the real officers weren't killed in Stalin purge yet? This could only work if Stalin finds out Hitler was tricking him with false "stolen" (fake theft) documents in 1937 . In real life he did not find out so he believed that the documents falsified by Nazis were actual true and incriminated his best generals in a plot to kill Stalin. If he found out in an alternate timeline that this was fake and planted by Nazi intelligence then no purge and a much, much more competent Red army in the West like the Red Army in the East that defeated the Japanese twice such as ay Khalkin Gol. Only then could they conquer Finland.

      @jasoncuculo7035@jasoncuculo70353 жыл бұрын
    • @@jasoncuculo7035 Problem is the Finnish had the Mannerheim Line and terrain advantages over the soviet union, meaning even with competence, they would still lack the ability to puncture the heavy fortifications with as much ease as they did in this. The problem isn't competency, it's terrain and defenses. Even with extremely competent armed forces, they would be unable to crush the fins as they did in this.
