It is shocking for me that this youtube channel is the only place where i get to know about this conflict in Yemen. I live in Europe in Poland and i see that Al Jazeera is just right behind the surface of my information bubble.
but you hear every day about russian invasion in Ukraine I guess... it's because Yemen instead of Ukraine is not sphere of interest NATO and EU, nobody in Europe and US cares that in the world continuously dying and starving innocent people, every single day, double standards in real life...

Because Saudis and UAE are the ones behind the killings and they are good friends of USA, Israel UN and other members of “murder club “ They don’t care how many children and civilians is killed, and they don’t talk about it. Media is not reporting it because it’s owned by same people who are committing the crime or supporting it. On the other hand, whole world is talking about Ukraine-Russia issue. Guess why.
When you get to understanding not just the political spheres but the culture devide and fact no1 from the NATO alliance is involved it's makes sense that it's not news worthy to talk about for 7 years straight. Air time is taken by Russian actions as that's a nuclear power that's known to have eyes on expanding the war to Poland and Moldova at least

Because the west doesn't care. The hypocrites are all against Russia for the war in Ukraine but say nothing about the USA supporting Saudi Arabia against Yemen
And with the recent events on Ukraine this war will be even less shown internationally. Rough times for humanity indeed... Poor souls suffering without this being their fault.
what do you mean...everyubody is actively helpin saudies to kill as many yemenis as possible. It is on the agenda, don't worry lol. But not in the way you might hope. Ukraine is the same...plunge ukrain in a war and then chicken out and say we don't wanna be directly involved in the killing ( dude go check everything from last 10 years.....putin did not wake up at once and invaded ukrain )
Sadly, it's much worse than that. Yemen imports roughly 40% of its wheat from Ukarine and Russia. With this current war in Ukraine, it's likely we'll see major disruptions in wheat exports. This makes the already dire famine in Yemen that much worse.

Well Yemen is not a european country that's why and the fact that Saudi and uae are America's allies.
Ukraine-Russia war is easier to follow and is more relatable to the western world compared to Yemen’s war.

This is so heartbreaking people in America just don't realize how good we have it we fight over things that are so trivial and mean nothing and you've got children starving or begging for food.
This has to be the most traumatizing war ever since World War II, we have never seen a war this violent after the creation of the UN, not even the Vietnam war was this scary.
Then you clearly haven't seen the Syrian civil war. Far more have died and displaced in Syria than in Yemen and literally chemical weapons were used on civilians by the Syrian regime.

I'm so ashamed to be of a country that supplies Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates with military equipment.
It's absolute fault of international player's who don't want Peace they dam care about deaths of children women men animals. May Allah Kreem protect innocent people no matter what religion they believe.
What do you expect the international world to do when the people in the country are fighting themselves. No point in providing money for the country if they are going to blow everything up. If we do give money the other side will attack the country that provided the other. This is something the people in Yemen must solve themselves.

I am from the US, and I just want to say, it is absolutely disgusting what the US as well as the EU is doing to your country! It's simply Imperialism. The excuse for the US and EU Supported and Saudi-led invasion of your Country, under the pretense that the Houthi's are "backed by iran", is as pathetic as the excuse that Putin uses to justify invading Ukraine - Nato Expansion. I have followed this conflict for years, and am also well aware of the extensive history of the US and EU forcing many dozens of countries to serve their wealth and corporate interest. The US and EU rely on a mix of things to force countries to capitulate to their demands: 1. The rampant use of espionage, political subterfuge, diplomatic coercion, the threat or actual use of sanctions, and the threat or actual use of coups or military invasions, in order to make the governments of third world countries capitulate to extremely unreasonable demands, and being forced to setup a favorable government to foreign interest, thus enabling point 2. 2. Extremely massive and persistent corporate take over huge swaths of the land, natural resources, industry and infrastructure of third world countries, almost predominately by the US and EU, and in more recent times to a lesser extent by Modern China. This process is disgusting, but it is the truth of the world. The "success" of Global Capitalism is built on the neo-colonial domination of as many third world countries as possible, especially to support the wealth of the western world. Kwame Nkrumah is a great thinker that I admire who has written extensively about this. As you are in Yemen, i would consider him essential reading for all Yemeni people, as well as all oppressed peoples of the world! One of his most critical works is titled "Neo-Colonialism: The Last Stage of Imperialism". I absolutely recommend giving this a read, as It will shed a great deal of light on the reason why the Saudi's have invaded your country at the behest of US and EU interest.

It's not only one attack by Saudi Arabia on civilians, Saudi Arabia attacked schools and many other places where civilians live. Saudi even destroyed Yemeni port and led Yemenis to starvation. Saudi Arabia is cruel who hides behind veil. I support people of Yemen,not houthis nor govt. It's people who are being tortured mostly by govt and it's alliances because they are under houthi control.
