I HAD MY LEG AMPUTATED TO GET TO VILLA PARK | An inspiring Aston Villa story | JUDE'S JOURNEY
Jude Aston is an 18 year old Aston Villa fan. He’s dealt with the challenges of Cerebral Palsy for as long as he can remember. After developing complications after an operation, his right leg was fused in an upright position towards his chest, causing severe pain.
In December 2022, he made the decision to have his leg amputated in the search for a new life of independence. Less than 4 weeks later he was back at Villa Park to watch his beloved AVFC. This, is his story.

Unbelievable hard to listen to this story. His journey has been so close to home for me and my son. My son has central sensidation syndrome or CCS for short in his testicles after an operation. He's has this for 10 years now and it's been hell for him. After a testicle was removed 3 years ago he got a small amount of relief however he now needs the other removed to help towards getting him further away for the extreme pain he's in. 8 genuinely feel for this young lad and hope he gets back to a good quality of life supporting the villa like he loves.
