  • When they said she was going crazy, she was awakening. When they said that she was isolating, she was healing. When they said she was acting funny, she was growing. When they said that she had changed, she was evolving. When they said she did not care anymore, she finally realized that her peace lives within. When they said he was becoming distant, he was learning to trust himself. When they said he was losing touch, he was finding his inner voice. When they said he was being stubborn, he was asserting his boundaries. When they said he was aloof, he was finding solitude and serenity. When they said he was being unrealistic, he was dreaming bigger.

I lost myself in relationship long time ago , I put him on a pedestal and I lost everything. He throwed me out on the street :( Never ever loose yourself . Work on yourself , become better version .

  • Thank you dear sweet Eckhart ❤ 🎶 ❤ It's all an illusion and As long as we live in our minds/egos it's freaking unbearable! Trapped in the illusion of consent thoughts ... Trying to understand reality from our minds/ego will be a dead end, so I try to separate myself from thoughts by simply saying, "That's a thought .. Look at all those thoughts etc" Not believing every thought. To try to simply be the observer of each thought. I try to meditate 5 min each morning and just focus on my breathing and quickly thoughts will start, so I'll gently bring it back to my breathing. The MOMENT I realize I'm back to thoughts I'm the observer! There's the real "me", the observer, my soul and separate me, the crazy, upset, unhappy ego! But unfortunately The suffering is necessary to motivate us to go through this process. Even though this 5 min is a quick easy way to get out of the unhappy ego/mind and to find some freaking peace in this crazy world, it's still the hardest thing I've ever done! You've got to want it bad and realize the ego is a frighten child that doesn't want to let go ... To let go and let this shift in consciousness happen ... But it's exciting that so many are watching this video to ask and learn of a deeper meaning and it's even more exciting because it's happening all over the world! Thank you Eckhart, A true living spiritual master 🎶

  • Surrendering, letting go and not trying to control everything and simply trusting the process of the journey brings a sense of stillness and inner peace and maybe some fleeting moments of transcendence into the present & into a higher state of consciousness and awareness. As a Christian I have continued faith which helps to alleviate worry (ego) and not live in a state of fear… however life’s frustrations do arise as he rightly points often can come from other people and challenges in relationships, which requires patience and a growing ability to accept people as they are even with all our complexities. Eckhart has helped me and millions I’m sure with his wisdom and even he’s presence watching his videos bring me immediately into state of presence and alignment! Thank God for such a enlightened being!! ❤✨and the humour too is priceless 😅😂

That's a good thing though because you can only truly learn something when you get to that challenging place, otherwise the learning is surface at best. Embrace the challenge- that is where the good stuff is.

  • I found that the most compelling part of this video was when he talked about the 'narratives' that we create around different situations...particularly like when we are on hold waiting for a customer service rep...or when we are in a long line at the airport. Like many people, I get very irritated in such instances, and it's not because I'm impatient or that I'm not capable of waiting for things. In my instance, it's because I'm ruminating and getting angry over WHY I'm waiting so long. So like, when it comes to customer service, I'm disgusted that so many American conglomerates outsource their customer service, all so that company leadership can better line their own pockets. They pay the workers in Asia, or in Latin America, far far less money. They pretend to value their employees, and they pretend to value their customers, even though clearly none of this is true. And in the end, the customers end up getting poor customer service. As I always say to the reps on the other end, I'm not upset with you; I'm upset with your management. And in the case of long lines at the airport, especially the security check, it bothers me (especially on the US end) that so much of the security is mere theatre (particularly since 9-11) and the haphazard rules they've instituted such as 'no containers larger than 3 oz', 'take off your shoes' etc. So yeah, stuff like that really bothers me. But at the same time, I was struck by what Tolle said about the 'narrative', because in fact, that is the crux of why I get so irritated. It's not the waiting, in and of itself. Hmmm....

I deal with abuse and violence that no one wants to see because I'm an adult it this comes from my primary family members. So according to the world I don't matter and there's no struggle or pain or even help needed when the truth is I'm in strong need of help because it's not enough to meditate, visualize and be awakened.

  • Scrambling eggs( not fertilized of course), still remains with grilled cheese sandwiches as the pinnacle of humankind's culinary achievements. Both are universally loved by majority of humans , you could survive on them with a glass of orange juice every now and then and no sentient beings have to die in the process

  • Every time i watch this same tutorial,i seem to BE STRETCHING, because MY EGO DOESN'T WANT TO TAKE THE RAP THAT IT IS CREATING ALL THESE ' CRITICAL SITUATIONS ' in my own mind ...I can learn and am learning to just STOP THE DRAMA AND FLOW WITH LIFE RATHER THAN GETTING MYSELF ALL WORKED UP... IT'S NO FUN AND CAUSES SO MUCH AGONY ❤ All time VERY FAVORITE TEACHING BECAUSE I'VE LEARNED HOW MY EGO JAS BEEN RUNNING AMUCK ALL MY LIFE AND LITERALLY TORMENTING ME WITH ITS CRITICAL RAMBLING....IVE LEARNED FROM E.T. HOW TO MANAGE IT SO MUCH BETTER❤❤❤ THIS IS THE ,' DEVIL'( metaphor)

  • The knowledge you learn throughout spiritual awakening heals the most inner self. We all carry burdens in life, but the changes we make, is a better version of yourself to achieve happiness, which is the best way to approach in life 💯 🙏 🤗
